Just like the title says, I need somebody who's good at MSPaint that's able to create a base model and then a few specified outfits that I can use in the coming future. Working on an RP and being able to add a visual dynamic to it would be absolutely massive to the quality and feel. Responses are appreciated as is time. Thanks.
