And don't worry Silux, making a Teir 1 or low teir PC is likely the easiest tier to make, you usually end up deciding between the classic Tank, Fragile Speedster, or Glass Cannon/The Berserker.

For the tier 1 troops it should be generic I think. Race, armor, weapons, the very basic essentials for what are in effect minion troops to the tier three character that is the captain. And at this level a swarm of tier 1 can take down a tier 3 with sheer numbers so this should be very exciting to do.

No I think we each control a captain of a company in the service of one of the lords fighting. Thus a tier three and x number of minion troops.
