Gimanaro wasn't exactly excited about being informed of this test. In similar situations, he had set up deals to rig tests, especially the standardized ones to get those impossible-to-answer questions that even his own impressive intellect had difficulties attaining. What made even less sense is that there were students that didn't even have Mr. Mori as a teacher. Gimanaro knew something was up, and with the diverse pool of students at hand it was difficult to evaluate just what was going on. Gimanaro knew that Mr. Mori was one of the more mysterious, eccentric teachers, subsequently adding to the curio of the current situation. Gimanaro looked around to his fellow students, taking note of each one of them. He only really knew one of them personally, the others were just faces in the crowd to him. Ibhara was a student he was familiar with. Active in student politics, but acted as a student vigilante. Ibhara was the type of person that kept Gimanaro in check; if Gimanaro ever abused his power in a way that set off Ibhara, the faculty would just turn the other cheek. This inherently made Ibhara a liability, putting Gimanaro even more on edge.
Gimanaro was quick to act. As student body president, he was used to taking charge. Gimanaro said, "I can get some scooters dropped off in a few minutes. I'm sure everyone needs to inform their guardians that they're going on a field trip of sorts." Gimanaro already had his phone out and was texting with a single handle, making great use of the otherwise annoying Swype capability of the new phones. Gimanaro sported a blue Galaxy SIII, top of the line at the current time. He was making arrangements for the scooters and texting his fling that he wouldn't be available due to student activities. All that was left was to see the reactions to the idea of scooters.
