How long of a history do you want? And what kind of gear etc for the human empire?

What is the tech level of this world in general? I know there is space travel, because there are spaceships, but is it like spaceworthy ships are far and few between, or are empires capable of just mass producing fleets of warships?

And then like weapons tech, do we have lasers and pulse cannons? or larger scale conventional weapons and missiles? Shields technology, etc?

However long of a history you want to tell me. The gear is entirely up to you.
Okay tech level, the autonomous empire can make a fleet of warships within a month or two, however it is on their home world. The humans have their factories spread out. The weapons, mini-rail guns for the humans vs other races, convention for human vs human. The tech of autonomous and humans for their ships are energy weapons, though they cannot sustain a beam of energy weapons like the Dishiri can.

Goal: To obtain wealth. Plain and simple. Doesn't matter how under handed or illegitimate the means is. If there is a large amount of wealth to be had, Ethan wants to be in on it.
History:
A veteran bounty hunter with money on the mind, Ethan has been exposed to this type of lifestyle since birth. Born on a seedy planet of little note, Ethan spent most of his early years as a street punk, stealing what he needed and relying on his sharp senses and clever wits to get him out of bad situations. As he got older he became involved in gangs, becoming both a strongarm and a tactician.

Eventually, he left the gangs and managed to steal a spacecraft, where he made his way adventuring off into the galaxy, stopping on planets to raid supplies he needed to continue his travels. He eventually joined up with a pirate fleet. Spending a few years flying with the pirates, Ethan picked up his taste for wealth here. While he could only make his own means meet on his own, with a group he found himself profiting lucratively. The pirates were later dealt a devastating loss and broke up into factions, fighting eachother for spoils. Taking the small faction that aligned itself with him, Ethan managed to wipe out most of his former pirate fleet.

He and his small group of pirates eventually found and became part of a large syndicate with known criminal ties. Labelling their group a paramilitary company instead of pirates and raiders, Ethan's group once again became accruing wealth and fame as a fearsomely effective and shady PMC.

About:
Haven Syndicate is a large and powerful extra-terrestrial organization composed of a collective of several companies under a single mothership company. Haven has complete control over a single solar system, as well as influence or presence in almost every major colonized system and markets, a policy Haven likes to call 'having a finger in every pie'. The companies that make up Haven do a variety of purposes, weapons designers and manufacturers, science and research companies, banking companies, and even ship building corporations can be found within Haven. However, they are more known for the shadier side of their business. An organization with known criminal ties, Haven is in communication with several pirate fleets, and offers the services of mercenary Paramilitary Companies, willing to do anything for the right price, from war fighting to assassination, sabotage and espionage. Haven has also been linked to several major drug cartels as well as human trafficking, and has been accused of cyber and white collar crime at more than one point in time, though all charges were dropped due to unknown reasons.

Organization Structure:
Haven Syndicate itself does nothing more than manage and control the major companies under its mothership title. These major companies serve as umbrella companies for a multitude of other smaller companies and organizations based on the same service.

The Umbrella company for all weapons and defense production, Cobalt Arms oversees hundreds of weapons designs and other products. With its headquarters based in the Haven home system, Cobalt Arms serves as a hub for communication between its many different weapon producers. Not only do Cobalt Industries deal with weapons, they also run the research and development companies of the syndicate, therefore allowing the flow of information and product to seamlessly combine and quickly create weapons of cutting edge technology, though weapons of the highest grade are usually reserved for only Syndicate members as opposed to other nations in the Galaxy. Cobalt Industries is responsible for providing the military assets to the syndicate and are responsible for arming and developing weapons and technology for the syndicate's private military.

Working with the research and development companies of Cobalt Industries, as well as their own development teams, G-LOC is the Umbrella company of the organizations responsible for creating large scale products for the syndicate, most predominantly in the form of space craft. These come in many forms, from fighters to shuttles to cargo vessels and ships of war. The latest and highest quality ships are generally reserved for use within the Syndicate, though the ships they sell to other nations are also well known for their quality. G-LOC is based in the Haven home system and is also responsible for the reclamation organizations of the syndicate, responsible for retrieving examples of advanced technology, by force if necessary, usually from the Autonomous Empire, but occasionally from other human companies.

The umbrella company for Haven's massive commercial market, the Magellan Corporation, based in the Haven home system has control over all organizations with the goal of commercial products and services. The most honest of all the umbrella companies in the Syndicate, the Magellan Corp still uses its shadier ties to protect, expand, and advance its businesses.

Little is known about the Haven Cartel, in fact, even the actual name of the cartel is unknown, leading people to call it Haven's Cartel because the syndicate is the only organization that has to do anything with it. The Cartel is composed of any and all organizations that involve illegitimate services, mainly drugs and narcotics trafficking, and human trafficking, among others.

A surprisingly well structured collective of paramilitary groups, the HPU is responsible for providing the military arm of the syndicate. Based in the Haven home system, and present on every Syndicate influenced planet, to varying degrees, HPU is responsible for espionage, sabotage, and military services. All Paramilitary Companies in the syndicate are part of the HPU. These PMC's are of varying qualities and flavors, from respectable, honest mercenary soldiers, to dastardly raiders and pirates. Every PMC is fitted into the HPU command structure, to prevent internal conflict. Armed by Cobalt Industries and G-LOC Technologies, the PMC's of the syndicate are valuable allies, and dangerous foes.

Still not perfectly confident on my understanding of technologies, so I will wait for your CS before I go into a more in depth explanation of Haven's military potential

I'll be playing multiple roles so I will post one of them up now so you can get an idea of what I'm looking for.

Name: Xeranis Teraze
Age: 24 Human Years

Species: Human
Goal: Unknown
History: She was a born noble who wasn't a normal one. Xeranis had a knack for traveling and adventure. She ran away two years before the war taking two pistols and a personal ship from her father. One was a rail gun type, the other conventional. Then, her father hired bounty hunters to get her back. She kept moving from place to place making it difficult. Then the war began and the first world attacked, was her home planet of Sefres V, the Dishiri used their biological weapons on their ships to purge the planet of all humanoid life, besides their own.
Now she travels the galaxy trying to make peace between factions.


Basically if your fighting against other humans you use conventional weapons such as large missiles and regular guns. The mini rail guns and lasers on ships are for fighting the other races.
