    Fuck. My. Life.

    It's 5:55, almost 6 in the morning, and I can't fucking go to sleep.
    Why the fuck did I have the notion to drink a fucking energy drink several hours ago and it wouldn't fucking keep me up?
    I guess I just thought the caffeine would have the same effect it usually does on me: Nothing.
    Big fucking mistake there.
    And to think, I was gonna make a Saint Paddy's Day Beer Cake.
    That plan's fucked, especially if I'm too damn tired to function properly.
    Ugggh. FML.

    Energy drinks do have an effect.

    I imagine it would be slight or unnoticeable when you're already wide awake or are trying to notice the difference.

    Everyone does that "oh, ____ doesn't affect me."

    They never used to do anything for me at all when I was younger, but recently they just make me sleep.
