Hmmm an interesting concept I shall be watching with interest to see how it develops.
The Darkness
The realms overflow with a vast array of creatures. Witches, demons, trolls, faeries, vampires – every fable that’s ever written stems from someone’s own personal experience; fairy tales are not mere inventions of an author’s imagination, but rather a fabrication of a factual event.
Timepiece’s state that the century counts as the 19th and the year, the twenty-third. On the 9th day of the 6th month the lands befell a solemn encounter; The Darkness.
On a day akin to any other day, twelve noon arose amongst the towns and villages, the sun fulsome in its shine. Clouds absent, leaving the skies ever so blue – but within the wink of an eye a sinister shadow painted the sky and overcastted the sun and nightfall became daytime.
Three months without the glow of the sun, we have lasted – at least it’s believed to be three months. The sun has abandoned us and it did so fleetly and now the moon itself follows her footsteps; it too has forsaken us. We yearn for the stars to remain, however as night follows night they too deplete in luminosity.
Tales of terror have become reality; entities dwell within The Darkness. Menacing creatures of immense horror and malicious intent meander throughout the lands. Our only defence is the light we so weakly deploy. Candle streams have diminished – the candle makers at present thrive in their fortunes. Even though, with the everlasting darkness, reliance from what can be salvaged from the towns has occurred. Fear is eternal and it beats in the hearts of all living creatures.
Illness has spread due to the lack of sunlight – people, light and dark grow weary and children blossom not. Mother Nature is frail and insubstantial. Magic itself has diminished, considering each and every creature resuscitates off the auras of the sun and moon.
Falsehood, rumours have arisen implying that The Darkness is the apocalypse; The End of The World; The Abyss. Whilst others entail that it is merely the toiling of shadowy creatures; witches. The entrance of demonic entities concocts the idea that the gateway connecting our world and the underworld has been unbolted. The final and most imperative whisper is this - continued existence of living creatures, light and dark relies on the sealing of the gateway.

Your heart beat when you first saw her...
And knowingly, you fell for her.
Until that day she broke your heart...
And left you in the rain.
And yet, still you love her.
Simply because...
She is an angel in disguise...

DYING OF FOOD POISONING. I WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS I RECOVER, SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.
THANK YOU LILLIAN THORNE FOR THE SIG
This seems interesting... though your words of magic vanishing might hurt one of my character ideas, I am fairly certain I will be able to create one fitting into this RP.
PS:You have two number fours in the drawings... just had to point out.

I might be interested.. I'm a bit curious as to what the plot will be.
*Uses telekinesis to bump the thread*
Wouldn't want it to fall so low on the page that nobody notices it anymore. And as no words of cancellation have been heard, I think I can bump this.
Definitely interested

Oh thank you for the bump
Appy Polly Loggies for the delay in response - no it's not cancelled, I'm currently
writing up the Out Of Character.
It'll be up soon, promise.![]()
