A Different Kind Of Twilight {OOC}

Welcome to New York City, located in the Southeastern part of New York . It's a city that never sleeps, always alight with building lights and the streets are always as full as the sidewalks. Between the daytime and the nighttime, there isn't much difference in appearance other than the sky and of course the people. But while normal people walk through the streets at night, shopping and dining in what they perceive as safety, creatures of their nightmares roam the deserted parts of town. Werewolves are often drawn to the nature of city parks, scattered and unorganized for the most part. Vampires run organized crime from alleys and old buildings left out of use. And various other types of creature lay hidden in plain sight, using the disbelief of their kind to their advantage. Humans don't want to acknowledge the existence of such horrible things, and so they dismiss the strange killings as gang fights for territory or power. What they don't see is the constant struggle, not for land, not for food, but for life.

NOTES!!!!
For Pure Blood Vamps who want abilities, be responsible with them. No GMing your character. I and/or AvidSmoker will need to approve of the ability so that it's fair for both sides of the fight.

All Vamps need a day and a night, which will most likely be very similar with slight physical changes such as hair color, hair length, eye color...things like that. Pictures are preferred but if you have a picture for one, then you may describe what changes between each form.

Werewolves will need a human appearance and their transformation appearance.

To everyone... Pictures are preferred, type of picture is up to you(real, anime, sketch...). If you'd rather describe your character then do so in as much detail as you can.

If there is something in the character sheet that does not apply to you, you may either delete it or leave it blank.
And of course I am most likely forgetting something, so if I am you have the right to respectfully yell at me. Lol!

Name: Evangelina Sparks
Nickname(s): Angel
Species: Pure Blood Vampire
Personality: Evangelina can be a bit of handful sometimes, always wanting to be on the move. She loves the adrenaline rush that comes from being in danger, and thus she tries to push her luck and abilities to the limit. Often times she acts like she's untouchable and above everything, but she does care for the safety of her father's covenant. She protects each member with everything she has, refusing to leave anybody behind if she can help it. One of Angel's weaknesses is that even though she is wise in some things, she can be quite childish and rash. When upset, there is little than can calm her and when angry, little to stop her from destroying whatever it is that messed with her. Above all else, Evangelina demands the respect of all she talks to. If she isn't shown the respect or authority she thinks she deserves it's best to look away and stand back, for an upset Angel makes for a dangerous fight.

Nickname(s): Lohsis (Only know to other Gargoyles, its a Gargolith word that literally means "A contracted or bound one")

Species: Gargoyle

Personality: Watchful and discreet are both words that could be used to describe Richard, being a Gargoyle it would almost be expected of him. Being a Lohsis Richard is protective of his bind, even if he doesn't show it outright, and will protect them to the best of his ability. He doesn't suffer fools lightly but will try to try and tolerate them as long as he can. Respect to Richard is something that is earned, and not given, so even though someone may outrank him he will be a bit sarcastic and treat them like anyone elts until they earn that respect that they want. Finally he is a fierce fighter in his human form, but when he turns into his monstrous form he becomes a juggernaut of pure fury and power. However retains the Gargoyle's natural aversion to sunlight in this form (on account that they use a form of night-vision) and will prefer to be in his human form before sunrise

Species: Half werewolf, half human
Personality: Lilith is a shy gentle college girl. She is afraid to let anyone know that she is part werewolf so she lives in a basement apartment. She will befriend any animal that comes along but rarely talks to humans. She is a hard worker and does not slack off when the supervisor isn’t looking. She works in the café in the building where she lives. Her parents are half werewolves but live in Arizona where they can hide their oddity.

Name: Sebastian Crowley

Nickname(s): Sebastian doesn't really care for nicknames but tolerates them if they come from someone above him or from someone who has earned his respect.

Species: Vampire-Pure Bred

Personality: Sebastian has been around for centuries and the years have mellowed him out quite a bit. There are many who would describe him as stoic or even cold and distant but they usually don't know him very well. The truth of it is that after so many years so living he doesn't feel emotions as strongly as he did in when he was younger, something that he feels is blessing. It both protects him from pain and helps makes it easier to see things objectively. He is very loyal to his gang and cares for them as if they were his own family, and to those vampire's above him he shows the proper respect and rarely questions their judgment. He usually keeps a cool head in battle and it is very rare for him to lose control. Sebastian doesn't like to let others too close to him and there are very few left in this world who he can call a friend. He doesn't want his enemies to go after him through those he cares for, which is why he tends to focus on business over having a personal life. He is very proud of being a pure bred vampire and sees only other pure breeds as his equals. While he cares for the half-blooded members of the gangs they could never be equals. Sebastian likes humans, mostly for food but they are occasionally amusing and when he feeds he tries to calm his prey and make sure it's not too painful for them. Werewolves are the creature he truly hates and he has a reputation for being particularly vicious when it comes to hunting down and killing them.

Gang/Role: Crescent's Leader

Abilities: Sebastian can for a short while control the mind of his prey, basically hypnotizing them but he requires eye contact and concentration. It only works on humans and even then there are humans who can keep him out of their minds.

Other: Years ago he lost his mate to a pure blooded wolf, a wolf he eventually tracked down a killed. He had the wolf's pelt made into a rug for his guests to wipe their feet on.

He pretty much looks the same at night with a few exceptions. The longer he goes without feeling the more color drains from his skin, eyes and hair turning them white until he feeds.
