One of my more Zany ideas.. What about a group owning an apartment building?

I mean, as in, loads of people all living in the building, and just doing what they want? Cliques etc could form, relationships, businesses (Legal or not) And just see where it goes.

That's the thing, everyone would partially own it. Either that or one person, but I'd prefer everyone to own it :P Just the group of us, and they could be any age, but probably 20-30
