Typically people say it's the level between Advanced and Casual. Each GM has their own requirements and sometimes they want something between two levels, so they make up their own. There is not set definition of "High Casual" as people have their views of what each level is, despite the basic per-requisites set by the Guild. If you're confused by its context, ask the OP for more information and they'll be able to help you.

The same applies to other terms like "low casual", "low advanced", "high free", the list goes on, but there's still the same basic idea behind them. "High casual" is the most common unofficial level, though, I think.

    In terms of Paragraphs:

Low Casual = 1 "4 liner" paragraph minimum. Occasional brain farts required

Casual = 1-2+ "4-6 liner" paragraph minimum. Generally acceptable grammar and spelling and junk.

High Casual = 2-4+ "5-6+ liner" paragraph minimum. Very good, though not perfect, grammar required. Spelling to be put through some kind of spellchecker before you post (I recommend wiki-look)

BTW, Kagamine, your sig+avi = awesome.

High casual is honestly pretty much just advanced standards put in the casual section because casual gets much more traffic.

"Post at least a FEW full paragraphs. Did you react to the other characters in the scene? Did you act out and flesh out your character at all? Paragraphs are at least 5 sentences."

His war machines will crush you under their treads. His mighty guns will bring the very sky crashing down upon you. You cannot win. The Emperor has given us his greatest weapon to wield. So make yourselves ready. We are the Imperial Guard, and your doom is upon you. "

The "requirements" for high casual are basically the base requirements for advanced, but without the strict "needs" of advanced. Its also how those that don't feel ready for advanced can get RPs that are of high level language. While technically advanced have such low rules, its very often that advanced becomes 5+ long paragraphs, flawless language, not 3 paragraphs minimum, decent grammar.

High Casual is advanced for people who actually believe Advanced is full of pretentious assholes who'll ream them up one side and down the other because of a misplaced comma.

    And what Omega said.

While I feel like I could comfortably RP at the advanced level I generally don't go there. I feel like they tend to focus on quantity over quality. I usually get in about two or three paragraphs average, but they're generally well-written.
