This is Evee.


She is your Landlord even though she is old enough to be a roommate.... she is a orphan and she is Filthy Stinking Rich so she doesn't need a job, she also owns the Mansion she rents out, though she only charges cheep rent like $50 a month, though for the longest time, the room mates have wondered why she is so Rich, and what she does when everyone is out at work... or doing whatever, Everyone has a Suspicion.... but they are off the mark.

This RP will start about 2 years after everyone has gotten into the lease, and gotten in comfortable, she was 16 at the time of the renters coming in.... now she is 18, also it is how long she has managed to keep things a secret, well about her.... she loves pet play and latex but doesn't show it... also if someone lays claim to her she won't hide it, assuming she is caught, while napping, she has a system set up to warn her about anyone coming her way, but... on this day it fails... and she forgets to set the alarm. Her favorite spot to nap is on the sofa in the living room...

Also Whoever finds Evee in her outfit, the RP hinges on what they do next... also Evee can't be broken of her love for pet play or latex, and if kept as a pet, she will be fine with it.
