History: Frank was always ambitious, even as a child. He grew up from a poor low class family, and always swore that he'd become a king one day, which often got him picked on by the other kids. The adults in his life would laugh saying that he was born poor and would stay poor. There was no way someone could become royalty unless they were born into it. Of course, the kids were always violent when picking on him, and fights were a daily occurrence for him when growing up. It helped him develop his fighting skill over time, and he eventually became a man you didn't want to upset, even if he was dunk and it was a bar brawl.
Eventually, he got in a fight with the wrong people in the Raven Tavern, but things did not turn out the way spectators planned. Like they expected, he lost, but just barely, and the people he fought congratulated him on the good fight by welcoming him into the court. That was while the Rogue could still handle his territory as well as the territory that he claimed. A few months after that the court started complaining, and there were rumors in the air of people challenging the Rogue, of course none of them won.
That wasn't until Frank stepped up. He had talked some smack, said that he was tired of the shit and suck of the fact that the Rogue could no longer take care of his people. He challenged the old Rogue and one. With that, he had finally completed his dream of becoming a king, even if it wasn't in the way that he had originally intended. The old court that lived in Bracken had thought that the court was weak and in chaos because of the mess that the old Rogue left and the chaos of the court accepting a new king, but they didn't know how wrong they were. Despite the fact that the new Rogue could handle this, he didn't have enough man power and had sent people out to find some poor people that no longer had hope in life and introduce them to the easier way to money. The success of this varied, and the people didn't always follow his order word for word, but new recruits slowly came in and now he has to train them and test them before sending them off to fight his war and get the old Bracken court to follow him
