Bio: Jack was recruited by the police department years ago. Climbing ranks he was moved from city to city and from villain to villain. Now he has been moved to the local city in a gang unit to deal with a new threat to the fabric of justice. With his badge and revolver he fights to let people walk the streets without fear which has become a challenge recently.

Skills: She has the same skills (if not more superior) then Jack including skills such as graffiti art, hot wiring, and organized crime.

Bio: Raised on the other side of the railroad, Angelica had become a extremely violent individual without a family or a cause. With the anger of her misfortune she blames those who have went up in the city to better lives then her. It was then she created a goal to climb to the top no matter what. Whoever she will pay or kill she will do it to get out of the rough life she is in.

The gang she is organized is known as the Crimson Bloods. They are well known for their attempt to control the city and cause all out anarchy. There are many in their gang who have the same vision of removing law. Some do petty crimes from looting and robbery occasionally being ignored by the police to deal with the worst of their gang.


They have many ties and have become the law enforcement's biggest enemy. They care not for those who are innocent and who are good. Their main goal is to get what they want and remove law and order to pave way of their control. A line of bodies followed behind them every step they take they are the most dangerous organized crime in the city. They are her followers and at times can do worst crimes then she could ever even pull herself to do.
