The world of ninja has become expanded, a new continent is discovered with a dark secret, strange creatures roam the wilds and hidden villages are cloaked all around with mysterious ninja. War looms over the land and threatens the fragile peace that clings to this new land, alliances will be made as well as powerful enemies, a battle of epic proportions is inevitable in this almost lawless land.

You don't have to be strictly a ninja I'll also accept samurai and maybe pirates.
(I don't have too many details, I'm hoping that we can add more later.)

History: Once a Ninja Village famous for their demonslaying prowess, they now research forbidden techniques that others may find abhorent and immoral. The new kage has allowed rogue ninja to live within the village and many believe that there is a more sinister force at work. (I'll probably change this and add more later)

Grounding jutsu - while on the ground he is less affected by lightning based attacks.
Conduction jutsu - one of his high leveled jutsu's that when activated allows him to surge charged up lightning through the ground he was standing on during grounding jutsu.
Forbidden technique blood charged jutsu - by fusing lightning based elemental chakra through his body and into his blood stream he is much faster, though his body cannot keep it up for too long, if he does his muscle and skin will begin to tear and he will start to bleed out. The blood is highly charged and has potential to shock whomever it touches on initial contact.

Other: Roz remembers the old way of the Tainted Blood Village and strongly disagrees with how much it has changed, but he is still very loyal to his village and will follow whatever orders that are requested of him by his superiors.

History: The Village of the Warrior was founded after many villages were established, however, this village was known to rise faster then any other village, being one of the most successful villages ever. However, after 250 Years of being a successful village, the village, even with a massive amount of Samurais and Ninjas, was attacked, and, the village was destroyed.
Specialty: Training Samurais and Ninjas
Symbol: Three swords pointing down stabbed into a sun.

The Bio which I, for some reason, decided to add in:
Takashi Yamamoto was born 9 years before his village was destroyed, in those nine years, however, Takashi had shown a great amount of expertise in swords, Takashi also showed great expertise in using Jutsu, and, was, overall, built to be a great Samurai. However, Takashi, at the age of eight, started to learn about Stealth. After a year of learning how to be stealthy by limiting his breathing and limiting the sounds he makes, Takashi's training was cut to a stop when his village was destroyed, and, Takashi was the only one who escaped the village. Takashi, wanting revenge, started to train by himself, improving his stealth skills, his sword skills, and his Jutsu skills all by himself.
