Ariel brushed her long hair, and stared at herself in the mirror, outlned with shells. She ran her fingers along them, remembering some of the things that had happened to her father.
"Shit!"
A sharper shell slit her finger, and a drop of blood was left on the shell. She shook her head, shook out her finger, and sucked on it.
"Always start off great."
She stood up, looked in her mirror once again, and applied her blue lipstick that complemented her Hair quite nicely. She wore a short, sparkly blue-green dress witch complemented her well. hen The bell rang. She sighed, not really knowing how the date would go, and answered the door.

James smiled as the door opened. He was actually dressed nicely for this occasion, and he was holding a bouquet of roses in his hands.

"Oh.. Wow.. Those are absolutely stunning..." She said, not even really expecting that much.
"I'll go put these away."
She left him there in a hurry, and searched her cabinets for a vase. She looked behind her to make sure he wasn't following her in, and water gently rose from the bottom.
"Alright. That's taken care of. Where we off to?"

While she was searching for a vase, he quickly swallowed a piece of charcoal whole, causing his hair to become brighter, so it was almost glowing. "I waass thinking we could go somewhere where neither of us would be prejudiced for what kingdom we come from. One of the best restaurants in the next kingdom over."

She paused.
"Well that could work. I'm sorry am I that obvious? And then where are you from then?" She asked confused. Her friend said she was setting her up with someone normal...
"This could be bad..."

James glanced left and right, but accidentally breathed a little bit of smoke, the smoke sslowly dissipating into the air. He quietly said to her "the fire kingdom."
