In other news: Shoryu, I honestly can't stop just staring at your Avatar. I have to rip myself away from it to actually do other things. Very addicting to look at.
I use it to more easily differentiate which character is talking =3 I usually use eye, emotional, or clothing theme color.

Also, I KNOW!, It's adorable XD And Even though it's adorable, it sounds kinda like something that the psychotic biotic might say to someone XD Of course, if 'she' slaps their shit, then, well... They tend to lose their head XD

I basically do it for me over here, and that it was standard practice over at the old site I used to frequent.

    Well, why not?

Character You Would Like to Play: Golgoth (True identity unknown)

Character Alignment (Hero, Villain, or Walking the Line): Villain

    http://www.comicvine.com/golgoth/29-...e/105-1860683/

Origin/History of Your Character and Their Personality:

None is known about Golgoth, save for that he appeared shortly after the Great Cataclysm in Latveria, a country that came out of the horrendous tragedy fairly well off. He quickly assumed power in the country as they had lost their last great leader, Victor von Doom, in the cataclysm. He quickly struck out from there, conquering most of Eastern Europe before moving west and seizing much of the still standing democracies in a matter of months after the mass event. This drew the ire of Superman, who survived the Cataclysm, but had been run ragged trying to put back together his shattered world. Golgoth knew his adversary was tired and weak, and challenged him to open combat, which the despot easily won with the help of his magically-powered battle armor and a shard of Kryptonite.

In the years that followed, Golgoth solidified his empire, as well as developed the super drug Eucharist, which he used to enhance his most trusted soldiers and advisers, while also ensuring their complete compliance to his rule. The drug was highly addictive, and Golgoth knew of the only way it was made, as he controlled its creation and its distribution in a monthly, ritualistic ceremony.

Somewhere in the past 20 or so years, Golgoth sired a daughter named Delfi with an unknown woman, whom he treasures with all his heart. She is confined to the grounds of his Imperial Palace in Latveria, which shelters the girl from the horrors of the outside world, many of which her father perpetrates.

Now that the majority of Europe is under his control, Golgoth looks to begin his dominion over other lands, and is looking to strike at the rival Empire of Asgard as well as the Corporations of America.

    Powers and Abilities:

Much of the stories about Golgoth are shrouded in mystery and rumor. But it can be confirmed that he has superhuman strength, stamina, endurance, senses, and durability. He is a born leader, a brilliant tactician, and using the vast occult library in Doom's Castle has become a world-class sorcerer. He is also well versed in the sciences, developing his Eucharist drug alone and in secret.

He wears a sophisticated suit of battle armor that is a mesh of technology and magic, and is the only one of its kind.

None are sure if Golgoth's 80+ year rule has come from the same man, or whether different men have merely slipped on his armor. None have ever seen the Emperor without his armor, so none know the truth.

    Supporting Cast (If Any):
    -Delfi (daughter)
-Xanna (Minister of Execution and chief assassin)
    -Lohkyn (Minister of Espionage)
    -Sebirus (Golgoth's adviser)

Sample Post (must be a minimum of 2 paragraphs with at least 2 lines of dialogue from your character):

In the old world, the world before the Cataclysm, there was a saying. He believed it went, "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." He laughed at the thought, and wondered why the creator of said phrase didn't take into account those that were already corrupted taking absolute power afterwards. What happened then? Golgoth assumed what he had accomplished in the past few decades is what would happen. The complete and utter conquest of the vast majority of a continent, and the undying loyalty of his subjects. This is what happened when those that did not have the silly ideals of fairness or equality in their hearts ruled. This is what happened when real men ruled.

"Sir," a voice drew the emperor's gaze away from peering out over the landscape of Latveria. He turned to find his adviser Sebirus standing in the doorway. The man was smart, but he also seemed to overvalue his own importance. The emperor had an adviser mostly so he didn't seem like a complete totalitarian to his people. Those in the outside world knew the truth, but it helped ease the commoners. "We had a report from the expeditionary force."

"And?" was the leader's only response.

"They found some. And we believe its attainable."

Golgoth, under his mask, smiled menacingly.

Approved, you are. Looking forward to Thor meeting Kraft when Goldilocks eventually returns.

Approved, and I like the concept. Reminds me of a Cyborg Superman in a sense.

Approved. And, yay! I was hoping somebody read Empire and would take up Golgoth. Looking forward to see your take on him.
The only position that leaves me with no cognitive dissonance is atheism. It is not a creed. Death is certain, replacing both the siren-song of Paradise and the dread of Hell. Life on this earth, with all its mystery and beauty and pain, is then to be lived far more intensely: we stumble and get up, we are sad, confident, insecure, feel loneliness and joy and love. There is nothing more; but I want nothing more.

After some PM chat to get a few details worked out =3 I shall attempt to take up the mantle of Alpha Flight XD Though I don't know whether I should intend to spark off the story-line in that area from the beginning or not, that'll depend on whether or not the character I despite for Alpha Flight has anyone to interact with or not XD other-wise, he may just happen to have a 'reason' to go to another location and get all up in someone's shit XD

Edit: Wow XD I just looked up Alpha Flight, after 'suddenly' getting the feeling that most groups in the RP existed else-where as well XD I had a totally different vision of 'Genetically modified Soldiers' XD Though This isn't copy-pasta obviously, So I'll do some designing and see if It fits better =3

And, I have to say, I am surprised that there hasn't been an app posted for Batman, Spider-Man, and/or Superman yet.
