Plot Bunny Breeder
All & Artsydaze OOC
Alright, so we must start with the era I believe, or would you prefer starting with the protagonist?

Let's start with the protagonist. Male or Female?
As for the era, how about the Great Plague? Victorian? Modern? I am not too keen on Classics.
I'd love it if we can figure out a plot device that would allow us to jump from era to era so that we do not have to stick to one. For instance, a horror time machine, or a reincarnating avatar that has to cleanse his soul of the crimes he/she commits in his/her previous incarnations, and they do not need to be in chronological order, but decided at random by a deity that he/she may be attempting to outsmart.
I am just throwing down ideas. None of them is binding. I'd like us to come up with a cool idea that we both like.

I like the reincarnation idea, that would also mean that we could make the protagonist male or female at will
! Are you comfortable with supernatural element? What if the 'sin' was the creation of the Black Plague itself? The protagonist would have to suffer in a manner that would be equal to the totality of their victims' suffering.

I think I am comfortable with the supernatural.
Do you mean ghosts? Inexplicable events drawing the protagonist at the verge of insanity?
I also like the idea of having to equal the suffering of the victims.
How about we never explain how the Black Plague was created, but both the deity and the protagonist have the feeling that the protagonist is responsible for it?
We could start from the time of the Black Plague when the deity of Justice shows itself to the protagonist and sends him/her to another age to suffer.
At each round we could have a trial with all the souls of the dead as witnesses of their pain.
Maybe the protagonist is convinced that these reincarnation is a sort of hell where he/she loses control of the reference, thus believing to be anywhere and anybody.

That would work
!
The eras wouldn't have to be in chronological order and the Protagonist would always have the most disastrous start possible, how about it?
I don't mind the original gender of the Protagonist so you are free to choose.

Disastrous starts sound perfect. Also the demise of the protagonist in each era should be spectacularly horrendous. I am envisioning one era where he/she dies of boredom, and another where the death happens violently a few seconds after reincarnation.
As for the starting gender, I am torn between a lady and a hermaphrodite. I have never roled the latter before. Maybe that could have been the immunity factor?
Are there other deities in the world?

We could make them up as they go, and Hermaphrodite sounds interesting
.
Alright, so that all sounds good, what about His/Her name, do we give... them one or we just call him Protagonist?

Or do we write it in first person & present tense?
Names could be different in each era, maybe all starting with the same letter, S? H?

Yeah, that could work, or the protagonist could always have the same name. Something unisex...

Mono?
Or just the initial? Always the same initial?
