One of the strangest movies I've watched thus far.

Top two weirdest. First is a...tragic...romance. Featuring necrophilia. Second is a guy summoning a demon and various demons explaining (often with music) who and what his girlfriend who left him was. Entire movie, main character is sitting in a protective circle, while the demon Lo is usually positioned in front of him, as its legs were crushed (huge twist at the end).

And on some other stuff: I said "no non-obvious", aka "obvious". And yes, it was the innuendo I found amusing.

What do you mean by "heavily stylized"? Is this image acceptable, even though it's not solely a headshot, and is a digital painting?

By heavily stylized, I basically mean that I want the image to look like a real person. Not anime, not a cartoon, not with some weird random squiggles all over the shop. The image is what a lot of people will remember, so I want it to be realistic.
In extremis, that image is the absolute limit of what I'd accept. Part of the reason for the headshot is that a lot of the fun and creativity for me, especially in a steampunk game like this, is the design of the costume and integrated equipment - the moment we can see anything below the character's neck, that creativity can be stifled. Hope that makes sense.
In short, if you absolutely cannot find any image anywhere that doesn't fulfil the criteria, then I would allow that one. But I will pull a sad face at you.

That makes sense. ^~^ I figured that was the reason. Thankfully, can search by image. I think that's still possible, to find similar ones.

What I did recently was to have a quick google - I found a character that I like the look of but the image was crappy. The character was from a film, so I found the film on Youtube, skimmed through the frames quickly till I found suitable images of the character and took screenshots.
Just a thought.

ANYWAY

The eagle-eyed of you will notice that I've put up the OoC, so head on over there. Some info has changed, and lots has been added about roles on the Kolibra and equipment available for use.
