I may also be out of touch with the newer fluff as after 12 years in the hobby i have moved away from 40k, fantasy etc and now play the specialist games and others... i got sick of the newer rubbish they were bringing out :P (and the prices, have you seen the new stuff?? £70!!) , still love the background tho.

Favoured Weapon: Power Sword (presented to him by the Nova Marines 1st Chapter Master) Power Claw (welded directly onto his arm, he took it as his prize for killing Warboss 'Eaviarms, he lost his arm to the Warboss' Power Claws, sacrificing it in order to get atop the foul Xeno to cut his head clean off, he then ordered his Techpriest to weld the Power Claws directly to his bloody stump. he strapped a wrist-mounted Stormbolter to it.)

His face is merely a mass of scar tissue from the many battles he has fought, it got so bad that he actually had to replace his right eye with Cybornetics in order to see properly from it.

Favoured Equipment: Motorcycle, Melta Bombs.
Bio: Born on Cadia, he grew up and joined the Imperial Guard as soon as he was allowed. He almost dropped out several times due to the intenisty of the training he was undergoing to become a Commissar, but with enough persistance, he finally got into the Guard. his first assignment was to the 6th Cadian, but after showing his prowes for battle during the Betalis Campaign. afterwards, he was a part of a joint opperation with the Novamarines against the Orks, during the war for the planet, he was in a Thunderhawk with the Chapter-Master of the Novamarines 5th Chapter when they were shot down. the Chapter-Master was almost directly next to the place where the rokit hit and was killed almost instantly, Siegfried and two other Guardsmen, an Ogryn and a Beastman Psyker, survived the crash. They received orders to protect the Chapter-Masters Geneseed, they held off wave after wave of Orks for 2 hours, all broiling down to a one-on-one showdown between Siegfried and the Warboss, who wanted the Chapter-Master's skull for his pointy stick, after sacrificing his arm in order to get attop the beast, he cut its head off and his boys simply fled. When they were rescued, Siegfried ordered the Techpriest to salvage the Warboss' claw and weld it to his stump so he may continue fighting.

For their valor, the three were presented ceremonial Wargear by the master of the Novamarines First Chapter. Siegfried was presented with a Power Sword with the Nova Marines emblem on the hilt.
