Could I use two of the characters I've written up for other ME roleplays?
Introduction
"Who would have thought I'd ever survive? I mean look at me, just a Minister's aide at Arcturus. Not the kind of guy who would amount to anything. That is, until the War started. I was one of the only people to make it off station alive. Almost everyone I thought that could lead us through that mess was slaughtered. Almost everyone I loved was killed on Earth. I am one of the only people left who remember and cared about them.
That's what I was afraid of. That we would lose it all. That people would forget, about what would really happen in the war. So I made a promise to myself. I would document everything. Record and take pictures of all that I could find. I signed on to the Alliance for that, getting the stories of men and women better than I. And I must have interviewed half of the Citadel on shore leave. But after it all ended it wasn't enough.
I joined a Council Program to document the full extent of the war. I traveled the Post-Reaper galaxy for almost three years. Getting the testimony and discovering everything about the war there was to see. I met a lot of people and saw a lot of things during and after the war. Soldiers, Diplomats, Scientists, Businessmen, Journalists, Mercenaries, and many more. Men and women of all species. I fought with Krogan, Quarians, Geth, the outcasts of the Galaxy.
I served under Hackett and some of the biggest legends in the Galaxy. I fought against some of the biggest Monsters the Galaxy has ever seen, from Palevan to Thessia to Tuchunka and Earth. I fought with, bled with, cried with, and suffered with people from what must have been half the Galaxy. Saints and Sinners both. And the Council wanted to bury all that.
They wanted numbers, statistics, facts. Not testimonials. Too sentimental they said. But that was the point. We were alive, not unfeeling monsters. So here it is. A collection of everything I learned from the Reaper War. It was only a few years ago, but it feels like a whole 'nother life. My only hope is that you appreciate reading it, as much as I did making it. It's a tale I hope to tell my grandkids one day."
- Casey Hudson, otherwise known as "The Stargazer"
Here it is. Mass Effect: Galaxy at War, either the greatest or stupidest idea I ever had This is meant to be a comprehensive RP that chronicles the course of the biggest event in the Mass Effect Universe, the Reaper War. It will explore every possible facet of the war, from the first Reaper Invasion of Earth to the last moments in London. The war as seen by everyone in the Galaxy who isn't Commander Shepard or the crew of the Normandy. You can play as both canon and non-canon characters in every possible role. From both the good and bad guys duking it out in the War, to the civilians doing their best to survive and contribute. We'll travel the Galaxy, from the Homeworlds to the Citadel to the Colonies to Omega. The choices we make will determine the state of the Galaxy (fo' realz guys) not the choices Shepard makes, mind you, but choices nonetheless. The entirety of events in Mass Effect 3 are your oyster, so get creative.
So, there you have it. Here's Galaxy at War. Let's Have Some fun
EDIT: IC IS UP HERE
Get cracking, people
Notes:
-All Earth based-characters have the beginning of the RP to evac, after that take your chances with the Resistance until the Alliance's Evac attempt or the Final Charge in London.
-In order to fill out the numbers, players are allowed to create NPC characters along with their regular characters. Say a squad of Mercs to go along with their own character. They can be as basic or developed as you please. They will also probably have lesser skills and higher mortality xD
-Any indoctrinated agents or cerberus spies, keep your status secret and PM me the details. Wouldn't want that spoiled xD

- Casey Hudson (Me)
- Artus Inoste/Izara T'zun (Gowi)

I'm planting my foot here and saying I call dibs on Emily Wong. >.> CS to come tomorrow
How dreamlike to see my x-sisters, outside the context of a Papa Song dome. They sang Papa Song’s Psalm, over and over; background hydraulics underbassed that sickening melody. But how jubilant they sounded! Their Investment was paid off. The voyage to Hawaii was under way, and their new life on Xultation would shortly begin... Watching them from the hangway, I envied their certainty about the future.
@Gowi, you sure can.
@Fabricant451, yup xD that's fine
Damn, that was fast.

How do these two characters work?
Name: Artus Inoste (Sur'Kesh Linron Talat Marus Inoste Artus)
Species: Salarian
Age: 32
Faction: Special Tasks Group (STG), Salarian Union
Class: Infiltrator/Engineer Hybrid
Strength/Weakness: Artus is thirty-two years old and has been trained by STG and academically founded by advanced salarian universities. What this explains is that Artus is age is beginning to start taking it's toll on the operative and coupled with the fact that he's a salarian brings significant weaknesses in physical confrontations due to general biology. Artus' strengths are on his tactics, his technology, and his loadout; this can be said that Artus is a capable sniper and shock operative; he flanks well and aims true and his former superiors have noted his quality control as a marksman, though noted his habit of aiming for non-lethal ends in general combat scenarios unless he is ordered directly beforehand to deal with excessive or lethal force.
Appearance: Artus is a middle period salarian and it shows; his skin color of deep gray has started to fade. Artus wears a light bodysuit that reflects dark greys and sharp yellows. Generally, his armor choices are not much different as he prefers to be light, wishing for mobility and optimization over high-end protection. His equipment in addition to his specialized dual omni-tool selection is generally fitted for the mission, but there is a certain preference in the M-92 Mantis, M-9 Tempest, Scorpion, and Venom firearms.
Personality: Artus finds himself to have one attribute above and beyond; exceptional determination and loyalty. This much is clear as he models himself to do beyond what is expected. Within that it asserts a certain level of quality control in his work and it's results generally speak for themselves. Like most general salarian's he shows attributes of being quick, hyper-aware, pragmatic, and hard to follow when he starts talking. In addition to this Artus has found himself sarcastic; often making jokes at the expense of amusement, though mostly they seem to be perceived as "salarian nonsense". Over the years unsure of several operations he took part in or former STG operatives have achieved. Additionally, when provoked and pushed to a certain level Artus will remove his pragmatic, unfeeling salarian ideals at the door and become emotionally distinct.
History: Artus was born on Sur'Kesh within the capital of Talat to Clan Inoste in 2154 CE with much expected of him to achieve in the potential future. Artus had a typical salarian life and all of the standard expectations gained from it. By 2170, at age sixteen like most salarian's he had passed post-secondary school academics and had been granted a tenure at his university of which he had studied under technical engineering. However within the year, a incident on Sur'Kesh challenged what he was really doing for the Salarian Union. There were many engineers and in an era of difficult happenings within the galactic sphere he soon began to wonder if it was an ideal. Continuous debates through the extranet eventually pushed Artus to do something about his doubts and his role. He joined the Salarian Union's military efforts and began to prepare himself for the difficult road towards defending the realm, his outspoken loyalty would bring him to be mentioned to the Special Tasks Group and by 2177 he was inducted into the infamous intelligence group. This truly began his life purpose.
Special Tasks Group was a good fit for the twenty-three year old engineer and he soon took well to applying his engineering knowledge to applications as an operative. Artus took advanced courses in reconnaissance and was eventually assigned role of marksman after his advancement after several operations garnered him experience on the field of "battle". The next eight years of his involvement in Special Tasks Group was detailed was various operations of which earned him notoriety within the operations group. But within respect on the battlefield and his loyalty to commit to orders there was contradicting opinions during pauses between operations which led for his commanding officer to note him that despite his exceptional ability that Artus lacked a certain something to become more. This enraged Artus for a time as he had always given himself to the Salarian Union and he was being chastised for dissenting opinions. This show of unpractical emotion led him to get passed over on a few operations before ultimately he apologized for his show of emotion in unpractical effects, but made it abundantly clear that their separate opinions were different, but equal. Time moved onwards sometime afterward.
What Artus called a pointless cover-up in 2185 eventually led him to leave Special Tasks Group for a time, calling it a "long deserved absence". Feeling the Special Tasks Group and effectively the Council denying the truth that was out there. The Reapers existed and they needed to prepare, of course their polite disagreement led to his absence.

Name: Izara T'zun
Species: Asari
Age: 150
Faction: Citadel Security (C-SEC)
Class: Sentinel
Appearance: Izara is a lighter shade of purple, with a sense of conservative form to her. As the child of two cultures (liberal for asari, conservative for turian) she takes up the mantle of a turian simplicity; and rarely dons asari fashion. Her casual wear is tight-fitting but simple and leaves few spots open for observation as it runs from the wrists to the neck. Her sidearm is an asari Acolyte pistol.
Personality: Reserved and methodical, Izara represents her father the most out of the turian's children with Kayari T'zun and it certainly shows that Izara wishes to live up to the memory of her father, despite him dying very early in her life. Izara does not make humourous remarks nor does she show interest in relations at all. This can be said that she is unlike many asari in their maiden stage of life, but it says more about how much her father's death resonated within her for a hundred years. In addition, Izara is careful and collected in how she goes about everything about her. She will not go through anything without cross-refrencing or making sure it is a concrete concept. Underneath all of the collected, reserved, and serious demeanor there is a scared and screaming child and it is something she can't quite distance herself from.
History: Born on Citadel in 2035 CE to an asari mother and a turian father, Izara had always heard (and after his death reveled) in his words, most of which were kept in unencrypted files for her and her sister to remember him by. Her father always had a plan, and it made him one of the most well-known C-SEC agents of his time. After his death, it threw Izara into decades and decades of frantic pain even though Asari generally were to see life in the larger scheme of things. She did not keep this pain vocal long into her early stages of life, seeking to be strong for her younger sibling. Instead she began to focus on her father's personality, skills, and beliefs. She trained in this and strived to be a C-SEC agent and become the embodiment of order.
Izara joined C-SEC after doing some independent study for some time in 2164 CE and since then has shown to her superior officers that she shows a methodical, observant, and careful note to her C-SEC operations and it did well by the Citadel Incident in 2183 when the Geth led by a former Spectre attacked. Izara was one of the officers who survived and it was her strong sense of order to kept her and other C-SEC agents (and some civillians) alive as terrible things happened before them. She continues to give it her all in honor of her father.
Other: Izara is a low-level biotic by asari terms (though as an asari biotic in general she can still do some damage), she never honed it professionally and lacks commando training even if she shows the keen mind for it.

@Gowi, both are pretty good. Nice and interesting psychological issuesplease feel free to clue in other people from other Mass Effect rps into this one. Hell we might start a cross-site inner Mass Effect continuity xD Some more specific equipment for both of them (armor, tactical equipment, weapons, amps/omni-tools, etc) would be nice but otherwise they're both accepted

Mass Effect: Galaxy at War
The Galaxy needs you!
Name: Jorgal Fend
Aliases:None
Age:453
Gender:Male
Species: Krogan
Profession/Class: Sentinel
Place of Birth: Tuchanka
Faction:Krogan Forces
History: Born on Tuchanka, He was born into clan Jorgal. He grew up like any Krogan... When he was of age, he finished his ritual, however Fend was displeased with himself, reports say that he smashed his head on a wall for 30 minutes. When one of his fellow battle-brothers finally got to talk to him and ask him why he was doing such a thing, he replied that it was because he failed to kill the thresher maw in time, and that was his punishment. Fend has very strange behaviors for a Krogan- He is pessimistic and may not always be willing to go into battle. This behavior has left him with little to no friends in his clan. After all, Krogan are supposed to always rush into fights.
However, no one can say he didn't earn his place in the clan. He has been in countless fights and wars, surviving many, coming out with more scars. A proud member of his clan, he may be overly talkative. On Tuchanka, whenever they get a traveler of another race, they are bombarded with questions. Questions like,Where did you come from? Are all your species like this? Why is you skin so soft?
Personality: A very pessimistic and talkative Krogan. He has a tendency to ramble and think everything is trying to kill him.
Starting Equipment/Location: M-22 Shotgun, M-5 pistol, M-4 Shuriken.
Interesting Facts:One day, his question asking finally got someone pissed off. Humorously, he literally flew across the room because of an asari adept. When the asari was asked what provoked her, the asari said that Fend asked if he could use his quad to- Well, you get the idea.
Name: Emily Wong
Aliases: N/A
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Profession/Class: Investigative Journalist
Place of Birth: Earth
Faction: Alliance News Network/FCC News
Appearance:
History: Emily was working on the Citadel as a journalist back in 2183, looking to expose the seedier elements present in the Wards. She had been investigating elsewhere in the galaxy prior to her time on the Citadel. In recent years she took up a position with the FCC and actually managed to keep her job even after it was discovered that more than a few fellow reporters had ties to Cerberus. It made for good press, though, and that's always a plus for Wong. Her investigative efforts have taken her around the galaxy, but more often than not she runs into brick walls on an assignment due to not having the proper clearance for more 'classified' information. Her most recent exploits in the field of investigative journalism has taken her to Earth, where she was one of the first to send reports of an invasion. It's a lot more glamorous than sticking around the lower Wards, but it's also far riskier. But the news must be delivered and who else would do it? Al-Jilani?
Personality: Eternally optimistic though pragmatic as well. She understands that her line of work can cause undue amounts of stress and lack of friendly support, but her devotion to speaking the truth and informing the galaxy trumps those minor inconveniences. Wong is also a bit of a 'party girl' and when she was stationed on the Citadel she would often spend her time between assignments (or even on assignments) dancing in one of the clubs on the Wards. She knows when to let her hair down and when it is time for business, though she vastly prefers doing more of the former.
Starting Equipment/Location: QEC communicator, M-3 Predator pistol for emergencies
Interesting Facts: Is a reporter that was not punched by Shepard.
