    NO LONGER ROLEPLAYING...

I'll miss you all, have a great time and maybe someday I'll be back

Working on a story, hope you all give it a minute to read (give the first chapter a try if it doesn't grab you, don't continue) http://figment.com/books/635080-Eternity

Hearts and followers would be nice, I want a good, strong, fan base so that one day I can take this to kickstarter and get it published.

I'll get some more ideas and a character up in the morning.

Already have an idea for a Playboy character here. And honestly an idea for the upper echelons of his little cell of the Teslas.

But for now I need sleep.

Seeing as how you guys still seem to be building the RP, I decided to throw in my lot for the Beasts, with whom I shall rule the world.

    The Beasts
    -Pups-
Info: The base soldier, the peon, the newly joined. Pups come in the dozens and often share a single Beast or a Hound as a 'group unifier' of sorts.
Traits: Come in mobs, often center around Beasts and/or Hounds/Wolves, individually not very skilled.
Weapons: Sporadically armed, they often wield various melee weapons and cheap guns, often serving as little more than human cover or handlers for the Beast of the group, who's often the only thing keeping morale up.

    -Cats-
Info: Higher-ranking fighters, the Cats work alongside Beasts and Hounds alike. They are trained and trusted, they have a good amount of knowledge about how to control their Beastial partners, and they're the closest thing to a dedicated ranged force that The Beasts have.
Traits: Skilled shooters, capable of working alongside Beasts very effectively.
Weapons: Armed with ranged weaponry, ranging from rifles to hand-held explosives, they stay at mid-to-long range and provide covering fire for their melee-oriented brethren.

    -Hounds-
Info: Genetically changed, they are slim people who have all the brutallity and speed of a rabid wolf and all the intelligence of a well-trained soldier and warrior. They are often placed to direct forces of Pups or to provide a hefty amount of brute force to any attack, Hounds retain a fair degree of humanity and can pass for normal with a fair amount of clothing, but their eyes and generally inhumane limbs will still show their true nature quickly.
Traits: Extremely intelligent, fast, sneaky and flexible.
Weaponry: They make use of their great speed, power, and stamina to crush the enemy at close range. They are capable of using most other weaponry, but generally prefer sharp melee-weapons or their own teeth and claws.

    -The Wolves-
No longer capable of even pretending at humanity, these massive beasts have the sheer strength of an elephant, can take more damage than a tank, and their humanity has been completely stripped to reveal nothing more than a brutal intelligence and cunning.
Traits: Immune to damn-near everything, incredibly powerful and intelligent, incapable of using complex machinery, incapable of coherent speech.
Weaponry: In the rare cases that they can't simply force their way through bullet fire to personally maul their enemies, they most often throw large and heavy items, ranging from cars to people to other Wolves.

    -The Beasts-
Info: The staple of their entire gang, the Beasts can crush most things in their way and mercilessly kill everything put in front of them. While somewhat difficult to control, they are a very good balancer for the entire group.
Traits: Very strong, very fast, non-human intelligence, incapable of independantly using technology, require direction.
    Weaponry: Teeth, claws.

    ================================================== ========

Admittedly not very detailed or well-written, but I basically just came up with a short list of some basic units for the group - primarily the units centered around direct combat. I'll rpobably have a character sheet up sometime later today.
Incarnations To The End: Wherein the end of the world is witnessed by those never meant to exist within it. Wherein ancient spells and forgotten oaths bring an age to an end. This is a story where morality and heroism are all in the way you tilt your head.

Reality as we know it is actually one massive melting pot of terrible ideas, delusional retellings, and mushroom-induced dreams. Thusly, I hold the right to do whatever the hell I want, on the grounds that Realism isn't Real.

    Tesla Specfic character classes:

The Initiate: A low level goon. Just let into the gang, not yet having been given a chance to prove himself to the hire ups. He hasn't cut his teeth yet on the Tesla's coils yet so to say. They need to do jobs for the Bankers, Playboys and the like before they are entrusted with more power. They are basically the bottom of the ladder, and need to work their way up. (Player/NPC)

The initiate leads into the second level classes,

Banker: You focus on the business side of things, making sure that the mafia grows in wealth and thus power. Good bankers have the ability to buy and customize special squads for themselves, they also can buy out sections of land to benefit the gang or use their connections to have certain task fulfilled. Bankers power is measured in money. (player/npc)

Soldier:A simpler character but still capable of great power. Soldiers are the fighting force and focus o increasing their powers in combat. They help their group by pushing the front lines. (player/npc)

Strategist: These guys tend to stay locked up in their fortresses working on plans and giving orders to soldiers under them. They focus on marking targets and setting up ambushes on their map rather than talking or fighting themselves. (player/npc)

    Then comes the next level.

    Soldier leads too,

The Gunner: Rail guns are your kind of thing. The heft, the sleekness of them. These deadly machines just feel so right in your hand. You can do things with a railgun that elite snipers in the army wish they could do. Picking off a man at 500 meters is child's play, putting the round through his right eye and hitting three guys behind him in the forehead is the kind of thrill you're after. (NPC/Player)

The Raver: There's something about the press of bodies, the movements of fist, foot and body that just feels right. The railgun is all well and good. But there is just something about getting up in someone's face, and bashing it in then watching them convulse as your electrically charged weapon cooks their insides. (NPC/Player)

    Banker leads into,

The Money: You've got the master plan. And it all revolves around ol' Benjamin. Money baby, that's what the plan is. What can you squeeze out of all those addicted mobs that come to use your Dream Machine? Who can you get the most out of? How much can you fire upstairs to the bigboys and still keep some for yourself? You know the ebb and flow of money like it were the tide. (Player/NPC)

The Flash: Like your cousin the Money. You know that money makes the world go round. But you like to take things a little more casual. The Money will hole himself up, and just concentrate on the business and what he can rack in. You like to make a show of things. You're in the lime light. You're at the party. You like to show off. The jewels, the success, the flash and the lights. You're no Playboy....yet, but you're getting there. (Player/NPC)

    The Strategist rolls into,

The Bastion: You know the street work. You've been there, you've seen it. Maybe you fought your way up and learned the lay of the land as a soldier, or tried out the cash side of things. But you know how to make people do things for you. You're clubs and Dream Machine businesses are locked up tight, no one can touch you. But you are always watching, making sure. Always have a back up plan. (Player/NPC)

The Clubber: What's the point of having all this power if you just sit on it? You've got men, women, guns, and class! Let's play with it a little. You know the tricks just like the Bastion. But you like to make a show of it. You're clubs and Dream Machines might not be the best protected, but people know about it. People want to visit, people want to see it. And you know just how to get them to do it. (player/npc)

All third level classes lead into,

The Playboy: A mix of the Strategist, Banker and Soldier. The poster boys of the Tesla Gang. These are the guys who are in the public eye, boosting the image of the Tesla's, gentle on the outside, cold-fucking-hearted on the inside. They pull strings, work the money angle, and spot the most likely candidates for debt manipulations. Their power is measure in influence over people. Don't let their image fool you though. They have seen it all. They have been there. They are just as likely to pull a railgun or a charged knife on you as they are to send a hit squad after you. It's better to be on the good side of a Playboy, that's for sure. (Player/NPC)

The Playboy, after many years of service, and experience can then be invited to become,

The Patriarch: The big guys. Only a few exist, these are the tip top of the Tesla gang. Having more money, more power and more influence over the gang then any other. These are the guys who give orders to everyone, and everyone listens. The patriarchs decide just who, what and where they are going to set up Dream Machine shops, and just what kind of clients they are gunning for. You don't piss a Patriarch off, if you do, they have whole armies at their disposal. And it'd be one hell of a dream to fight off an army on your own. (NPC perferably, but player too if they are really good)

Nice thanks for the addition, that's relatively close to what I pictured only difference being when you say un-human intelligence, is that more or less than human? Because I pictured the more "beast" like you became you basically trade intelligence for brutal strength. But if that's basically what you're saying than nvm and good job once again.

Ok Belial I just finished reading and it sounds good, nice job. Adding both list to the overall list now

edit I'd like to add though I haven't put it up. Beast and Toxins won't have Banker's because they don't focus on business. Instead I'm thinking they have Fear Spreaders which will be the people who focus on finding major civilian targets and such and causing terror. For example a Fear Spreader from the toxins might mess with the air vents of a corporate building and spread a infectious gas throughout the building causing them to become infected and/or kill eachother.

edit edit:just added both list and Fear Spreader

Just realized we might be getting a little mixed between classes and types we might need to work on that later after everything is together

Just things like how Gunners use Railguns, when shouldn't classes not types decide weapons. It doesn't need to be changed now because I'm not sure how we would but I'm just trying to figure out how to have them sperate(ish) so one doesn't directly mean you're the other.
