You are one of the previous Generals to have commanded the armies of Hell against Heaven. Under the Command of the Ruler of Hell; Otis Sine Eqrium. He was a lonely soul trapped in Hell like the rest until something happened granting him the strength to gather forces against Hell and escape. Death had seen the seeds Otis had planted and had hoped to reason with the man. But soon realized the two would not reach a comprise and welcomed Otis's challenge warmly. Story short the armies ranged against each other but it ultimately cam down to a 1v1 between Otis and The Angel. Having bested Death and now in command of Hell he made his way to Earth to ultimately bring Heaven to ruin. After winning the war against Heaven the last thing you remember is seeing Otis pass up the Throne to a girl he believed was capable of creating and maintaining peace. "Those with no intent to kill are the only ones fit to rule." Is what he said to you when some of you protested while other accepted his choice. "But unfortunately true peace can not exist with creates like us in the world. We will continue to exist else where, unable to return to this place until such a time that we are needed again. Pray now my Generals, that we never see this place again. For as long as we remain banished. True peace will rain over the rest. We are the few who most sacrifice. I did not choose any of you for a skill set or because of a Family Tree. I have chosen you all because I know you understand there are some things more important then us." That is the last thing you remember. You now open your eyes to clouds rushing past your eyes and wind rushing past your ears. As you fall you clear the clouds to see two armies slaughter each other for as far as the eye can see. (and you have superhuman sight, so that is pretty far) You notice your comrades falling out of the clouds in the distance. You assume the worst has happened and proper your self for battle.

Would the mortal world exist in this roleplay, or just strictly Heaven and Hell? What kind of weaponry would these armies have? What would banishment really entail? Or is the part about banishment something that you don't want to describe just yet? Can we co-operatively design the realms of Heaven and Hell?

It would be like Spartans Vs The Flood. I was thinking of a parasitic demon of some kind. Against humans with all manner of futuristic technical gizmoz. On a side note your characters weapons/abilities would be supernatural.
Banishment is the loss of consciousness and physical body. You become one with the galaxy.
I was hoping for just that.
