It was a new school year at LanglyFalls High school where everyone was doing things to set them apart from thier old selves fro last years an the newbie student fresh from Middle school as scared little prey for the seniors of the school. Girls were busy trying to look thier best and see if they could get away with break the dress code. And guys trying to find ways to impress the girls and find cute girlfriends to show off for the semester. But Samantha Jones was differnt she was the wild girl of the school. She was getting ready for school by putting on her shorts, thigh high socks, tennis shoes, her sports bra, jacket that she wore as a shirt, and her hat. Once she was ready she grabbed her bag and skatebord and rushed out of the house before the people she lived with woke up and mae her way down the sidewalk to school on her bord. "Time for a new school year to start I hope it is a lot more fun then last year." She said as she laughed and rode past people that knew her but called her Sam or Sammy. She waved back at them as she kept riding without a care in the world not knowing that there was going to be a newbie in the school today.

James got ready for school quickly, doing a frontflip out of his bedroom window before his mom noticed that he was awake, taking his guitar on his way out. He started walking to school with his hood up, and kept his head lowered, so thaat no large jocks would pick on him on his way there.

Sammy was riding her board and doing tricks along the way just having fun not really caring what others thought about her not being girly enough for most guys taste. But Sam loved being who she was so she ignored a lot of comments on how she was not a girl or how she was lez which was not true she just liked acting like a boy since it was more fun then being a girl. While she was skateboarding some jocks that she knew were about to pounce on what look like a new guy trying to hide himself. She frowned at the sight and started to catch up to them. While the jocks tapped the new guys shoulder. "Hey kid what do you think your doing trying to hide yourself you are just asking to be picked on." He said while his goonies laughed with him.

James mumbled "Go away..." to the jocks, and continued walking trying to ignore them. He still held his guitar, which was lined with steel, in his hands as he walked.

The jock grabbed his shoulder and gripped it tight. "Hey what is your hurry school doesn't start for an hours lets have some fun you know I like that guitar you have there." He said laughing. "And nice try of being tough but I am the quarterback of the football team so you ar ein trouble." He said as he was about ready to take the boys guitar until Sammy came up behind and jumped in the air. "SAMMY KICK ATTACK!" she yelled and kicked the jock in the back hard but in a certain area to send him flying to the side. "AND YOU HAVE BEEN SAMMIED!" She said as she stood there with a goofy grin with one hand on her hip and doing a peace sign. "AH crap it is Sammy boss." one of the other jocks said as they got scared for Sammy was a good fighter. "Let's get out of here I am not dealing with the freak." the quarterback said as he and his goonies ran off. 'Yeah you better run you bullies and I am not a freak." She yelled then turned towards the guy. "Sorry about that the jocks think they are so great oh I am Samantha Sam or Sammy for short nice to meet you." Sammy said as she held her hand out to him to shake it.

James shook Sammy's hand. "Thanks. I'm James." He smiled at her, then glared at the jock. "No one touches my guitar," he said, pointing the guitar towards the jock.

"Ah don't worry about them they are sissies." Sammy said with her normal goofy grins as the jocks kept running. "Now where did my board go I jumped off it to do that kick I did earlier." She said as she looked for her sakteboard and soon found it in the bushes. "Ah ha here it is." She said as she puled it out of the bushes. "Good it is in one piece still I can't afford a new board at the time." She said as she looked at James. "Hey are you heading to LanglyFall High?" She asked as she walked back up to James.

"Yeah," James said. "It's my first day, since my family moved here from another state over the summer."

"Well welcome." Sammy said as she started to walk and looked over her shoulder. "Well come on don't want you to be late on your first day of school." She said as she stuck her tongue out at him and thought that he was pretty interesting boy. "Or would you rather I leave you behind and let more jocks come after you." She said as she laughed a little.

James quickly caught up to her. "I think I'll stick with you, because they'll be in the emergency room once I'm done with them."
