Alright I had an idea, normally people make TES Skyrim based rps that have the Thalmor as the main enemy, but I was thinking of making it a little more intense. The Thalmor would be a big enemy but not the only one, a dragon that served under Alduin has taken a deal with the Thalmor and aids them in war against all the empire, along with necromancers that were exiled in Cyrodiil and vampires from all across Tamriel. They've made pacts with the Daedra and even though the veil between the realm of Oblivion was sealed during the Oblivion crisis they've found ways to reopen some of the gates by using the ritual Martin Septim used to send the Champion of Cyrodiil through. The enemies encampments are far reaching across all of Tamriel and their main forces are on the Summerset Isles. Only Cyrodiil, Skyrim, Hammerfell, High Rock, Morrowind, and Elswyer oppose the Thalmor, Black Marsh since succeeding from the empire and Valenwood by being taken over by the High Elves are not able to nor will lend aid to the growing army. But there is hope, since the time since Ulfric Stormcloak learned the way of the voice a chosen few were also with him for a secret force. They are the hidden weapons that not even the Greybeards themselves knew were in training by learning this ancient magic, they're known as the Voice of Talos. They trained for the sole purpose to each master a single word of power since they were young in order to fight this growing threat and liberate all of Tamriel. I figure that the force would start in Skyrim and move downward until they reached Summerset Isles and along the way they would fight the enemy as well as amass an army from each of the provinces. I figure you could use other words of power and combine them to make new shouts as well. Who will you side with? What word of power will you try or have mastered?

Dragon shouts are overrated. That aside, I have been building characters from my TES: Skyrim playthroughs all into a cohesive outline. Am I assuming correctly that this concept is within the timeline of TES: Skyrim or a little bit past the main plotline (and DLC)'s conclusion? Depending if I am, I have some characters I could add through (non-dragonborn) more straightforward characterizations?

I just figured it would be an interesting twist to have regular characters who have spent their lives learning a shout in order to form an army. Also yeah it would be after Skyrim's happenings and DLC's but it wouldn't be limited to Skyrim, I'd be happy to hear any suggestions that anyone else may have.

How long after the Dragonborn plotline stuff is this starting off? On that point, what are the canon Skyrim decisions that you are placing as the foundation? Because events like the Civil War particularly have a lot of precedence with my characters.

I was going to let you all decide the civil wars outcome, as well as what people would prefer as Guild leaders and what not. I'd say at least a few years after it all letting the Thalmor have time to do all their arrangements as well as the Empire.
