Hello Hello! What a seemingly marvelous place I have stumbled upon. Now, before your curiosity peaks any further, my join date IS slightly older then the current one today but it's only been since last night that I've become free enough to even explore, let alone commit to any one story. Bother... I'm never quite sure what to say in these introductions... Who I am seems RATHER irrelevant given the online persona one might choose to take on so I'll simply start with the basics.

I enjoy the finer things, Tea, Love, Time Travel.
I'm an inventor, a writer, a musician, a scholar, a scientist, and an adventurer.
I've currently got two graphic novels in the works for a friend at a certain company, though I'm not allowed to give out any information until the release.
I'm often intolerant of stupidity and abhor disrespect, so please, if we do talk keep this in mind. I simply won't partake in any childish attempt to ruffle my feathers if your unhappy with something. I'll simply remind you of your behavior and the fact that I'm a higher class of creature.
Ah yes yes, I seem to be stammering on...
SO! I am truly hoping to find some interesting lads and lasses and even more importantly some interesting RPs to partake in. While I am new to the site this is in no way my first experience with forums, writers, PbP (Post by Post) or especially RPGs, which I have created many campaigns for.
Now I'm hoping to find some people of interest on here and maybe someone who can give me a quick run down of anything pertinent I might need to know. 'Course I'll be exploring for myself mind you but any opinions or advice is greatly appreciate.
Mainly... Where does a chap find some more advanced players round here? I also enjoy scanning threads for some marvelous sounding idea but I do always prefer starting off fresh with committed players.

If you want to find advanced roleplays you should probably check out the advanced section. Just make sure to read the rules and the first post of any RP you want to join to make sure there are still spots available. *nod nod*

Catherine... I have brought shame to myself and my family for my error. Thanks for the help! I've already found a possibly marvelous idea in the interest check which I am excited for though it's very early in the planning process. The concept of setting up an RP together interests me though. While I suppose we could PM about it let me just ask, are there any specific themes or ideas you play with?
Well, as you may notice, I happen to have found the same interest check. And I play q wide variety of themes and ideas, but usually character backstories are...not sure of the right word here. If you look at my character thread (the first link of the dalek souffle recipe in my sig), it should give a general idea of my character themes, at least. And for general posting lengths, styles, and expected quality, the second line in my sig has some examples (though almost all are scifi or variations thereof, with the exception of the one labeled Mirror, and possibly Sidhe).
