Clothes: In hot season, Biel (as he prefers to be called) wears a light, loose-fitting black jacket, that he always buttons up to the chin, paired with servicable jeans, . In cold season, he wears a large black leather trechcoat with peaked lapels that goes down to the knees with a different pair of slightly blacker jeans. A white scarf may or may not be used, depending on weather or not he wants to. For buisness, he wears the cold season stuff with a nicer shirt with a collar. All seasonss come with the plain black boots, Plain Black pork pie hat he doesn't realise is out of fashion for half a century, and plain bleak demeanour.
Personality: Biel is cold, rational, and somewhat autistic. He doesn't speak if she can avoid it, and tends to feel that actions speak louder then words. He sometimes has difficulty remembering faces, names, or people. His thought processes may come acroos as either childish and simplistic or erratic and confusing. Conversation with him is strained at best. He does have a few depressive mood swings, on ocassion. (I'll be basically playing myself, in other words)
Relations: As part of his being, he tends not to remember the way his relationship with people change from day to day. Most peole are treated politely, carefully, and a little coldly. Often, he might confuse certain people for other, resulting in even mopre confusion. Despite that, certain people have left an impression on him.
Ambition: Biel Has two ambitions. One is to start his own detective agency, or law firm, relying on an overarching beleif in the holistic principle of the fundamental interconnectedness of all things. His second ambition is to catastrophically fail at the previous goal hard enough to be able to use it as evidence in a insanity plea after commiting some great crime, therby spending the rest of his days in solitary confinement with a nice, warm, straightjacket, out of the cold, the rain, and in the company of madmen.
Appearance: Tall, and somewhat rounded. Biel's face is pudgy, but has thinned out in recent years, thanks to mobile domocility, bad diet, and so forth. He looks like someone does when they've been playing Argentinean rugby for 20 years, living a student's life for 5, and then living off Kebabs and busking money for 4 more. In short, heavyset, and overweight.

Name - Jonathan Machiner, Magus Perdé, The "that guy" eternal, Model JM-0034. (Previous Model: 0021; Hamer Update Complete.)
Appearance - Let's start from the top. A black-grey hat. A white face with green eyes. Black slick hair, thin face. A long white scarf. A coat that's Black-grey, with a green trim, which goes to the waist. Odd pockets, you think. The black with green trim theme continues on his flared heel trousers, which have a diamond plaid pattern. Ordinary shoes. Gloves on hands. The only part of his skin you see is his pale pale face.
Age - At least seven years in this form. His consciousness is a summation of all forms he takes, From previous models , inlaid on an organic neuron web, and as such, it is difficult to ascertain his age. Certainly much more then the seven years his body is.
Gender - Genderless male.
Race - Homo Sapiens apparatus The Ventarian Cyborg. Ventarii is a country on a planet in an alternate universe, where a particular design of cyborg originated; The neural based model. It's based on an internal skeleton, usually made of carbon fibre, held together by simple, yet effective motors, and some sort of Power system, Usually via Null portals. Encase the whole of this with an organic tissue of neurons, and feed for six months through a primitive form of photosynthesis. after six months of this, the tissue usually develops a symbiosis with the skeleton, forming one complete whole. Encase the whole in some form of artificial skin, and from then on, you can treat the being as if it were a living human (it's a lot more complicated then this, but frankly I don't have the time to explain the rationale behind a neat idea.)
The advantages if this form are threefold. Variability, Intelligence, and Magical practicality. Machines designed in this form are highly adaptable, and capable of coordinating with magic: allowing for a magical machine that can act almost human.

Abilities: As described below. Please keep in mind that the level system is not a "Level up" Ranking. Machiner may use all of these at any time. This shows how difficult it is for Machiner to use them, in a simple ranked order.
Magical command: Machiner has the abillity to control Wind, water, and the very Earth itself, and manipulate it to his wishes. The earth based abilities tend to be rather blasé and over the top (Due to the relative newness this ability has been implemented, compared to the others), While his wind based ones tend towards the finite and intricate.
Machiner's powers are ranked from 1 to 5. Each of them take more effort then those ranked above them. Ones at 1 take no effort, and, as a consequence, you will often see Machiner using them as if you would use your own arms and legs. At level 3, he has to consciously resist the impulse to not use them, and at 5, It's hard enough to only use 1 of them, he doesn't even consider using 2 of them at the same time.
Level 1.
1. Simple pigment manipulation. Machiner can controlled pigment to varying degrees of control. Currently, he keeps a stock of black greenish pigment in the form of his hat. At level 1, he can make a simple object with no moving parts, of the same Pseudo-material (A steel hammer, for example. It will be cold and tough all over. If he wanted to make a rubber holder, he'd need to activate level 3 pigment manipulation.)
Wind control: At level 1, Machiner can create a small ball of wind as a projectile, and fire it.These balls function as a solid entity for five minutes after being compressed. This ball also allows one to bend light in finite form.
Water control: At level 1, Machiner can create a small ball of water as a projectile, and fire it. These balls function as a solid entity for five minutes after being compressed. This one works underwater to bend light in great chunks.
Level 2.
Complex pigment manipulation: At level 2, he can create an object with moving mechanical parts. (A gun, for example.however, in order to fire it, he'd need a piece of gunpowder, and for that, he'd need to activate level 3 pigment manipulation.)
Water control: He can create a sudden shield of water, as a personal hamster ball, or a shock dampener. At this level, he can also make currents in water.
Wind control: He can create currents in wind. It's a very generalised activity, and he often has very little control over these currents once they're set up. They also have to be in some sort of loop, otherwise,
Level 3
Mechanical pigment manipulation: in this form, machiner can set up a machine to do things. Wind-up watches, and mechanised traps are a particular favourite.
Water control: Machiner can create and manipulate cool water, and ice.
Wind control: Machiner can manipulate currents in wind to a finite control.
At this level, machined is allowed use of his pigment sword: a handle shaped object, which collects stray collude in its wake and turns it into a sharp sword shaped weapon. Its powered by null portals, and Machiner carries it on his hip, like a gun slinger.
Level 4
Elemental pigment manipulation; its abilities are now capable of creating several different elements. Such as gunpowder for guns, rubber handles...
Fully powered wind and water abillites, capable of controlling any type of water or wind.
Scrap metal sword, upgraded form of the pigment sword, capable of manipulating matter around itself and twisting it into the shape of a sword.
Uni-holed portal device becomes inherent in that form. Machiner may, as a final resort, create two linked wormholes on his hands, giving way to a variety of unusual "Reflector" skills.
Level 5
Pluri-holed portals are Inherent in this form. At this point, Machiner can now create several wormholes, and even the elusive Null-portal, just by slapping his hands, or pointing his fingers if it's far away. They don't even have to be on a solid surface, even. A subset of this abillity is the Portal edged sword described below.
Portal edged sword. The final form of the pigment sword, a sword with the edge of a portal. As such, it is infinity sharp.
Ambitious creation: Machiner's last and most "Signature" ability, if you will, is the power to create, out of pigment, Mechanical beings With some form of AI. This ability is most useful at the start of the battle, when Machiner usually creates some for of flying camera, to get a better bird's eye view as the battle goes on. [/QUOTE]

Details: Magus Perdé is the name he uses on his credit card. and the rest is his mechanical specifications. A portal (or Null-gain Einstien-Rosen Bridge, If you're going to split hars) is a wormhole invented on Ventarii, that expends no energy as objects pass through, thus violating conservation of energy, and being the source of any power Machiner has.
