Prologue
The best time of the school year has finally arrived: spring break. This is the first real taste of the summer months to come and marks the end of the serious bit of the school year. From now on, it’s smooth sailing and the weekends of partying have begun to start up again as the cold, dark nights of winter have gone and the warm weather is approaching.

The students of Scott A. Knight High School have finally gotten out of school today for break and all of them are excited in one way or another. Some people are eager to finally have a break from the homework, some people are glad to be able to spend some time away from the daily social survival, some are going away to some tropical island in the Caribbean, and others still will be staying in the suburban town of Westbrook, South Carolina, partying, and doing pretty much whatever they want. The Knight students are known for being very diverse—there’s nerds, stoners, loners, Goths, average Joe’s, wannabes, you name it. But this isn’t their story. No, this is the story of the thrilling life of the stereotypical popular kid: the mix of the (sometimes) smartness of the nerd, the richness of the prep, the sportiness of the jock, and the drug-use of a stoner.

It’s Friday night, the weekend before Easter, and everyone is anxious to begin their spring break agenda. Those of us who haven’t left town have caught wind of a party at Wesley Ricci’s huge house, and everyone who’s anyone is attending, going alone or coming with friends. What delicious drama will be stirred up tonight?

Rules

1. Read these rules as well as everything else here! I'm not going to make a "put this in your CS to prove you read these" thing. I'm TRUSTING you!
2. Use your common sense.
3. Due to the nature of this thread, there will obviously be some mature themes. There's no way I can know your age, but please don't join if you are not fond of topics regarding drugs, underage drinking, occasional violence, and sex.
4. Speaking of sex, keep that to PM's if you have to.
5. Respect me, respect one another, and respect each other's limits.
6. Use proper grammar and spelling. I am in no way a Grammar Nazi, but try to make an effort.
7. Write in the past tense using the 3rd person point-of-view.
8. No one-liners. I understand that we all have our off-days, but there's always something you can add in.
9. I want commitment! No posting a Character Sheet and then never even roleplaying! No disappearing without a warning!
10. HAVE FUN. Failure to follow this rule will result in an immediate ban.
11. But not actually though. If you want to pull out of the roleplay halfway through, for whatever reason, that's fine.
12. I reserve the right to alter these rules at any time for any reason.

General Information
Knight High School, as mentioned in the Prologue, is a suburban public high school filled with all kinds of students. It is located in Westbrook, South Carolina, in Richland (yes, Richland) County. For the most part, all of us will live within a few miles of each other since we all attend the same public school. We all also know each other, more or less, directly or indirectly. If you want to create a relationship/past relationship worth mentioning with another player(s), you should work that out among yourselves and have both (or all) parties agree the to relationship.

I won't be playing Wesley. He's merely offering a house for us to party at. If you want to create a Character Sheet for him, be my guest, but no one has to. I'll be giving a description of his house in the intro post of the IC thread, considering we'll only be there once and it isn't worth making an entire section here about it.

If and when we make it through spring break, via actually playing through it or a timeskip, I'll add more details about Knight itself.

As for the Westbrook, it consists of mainly neighborhoods and forests and an overall quiet area (that is, from an outside perspective!). There is an area that has restaurants, stores, a movie theater, etc. If you want to drive into a more urban environment, you may go to Columbia (a real city!), but I'd prefer if you'd just stay in Westbrook.

He lived the first 6-7 years of his life poor before his grandfather died. His dad joined the military when he was 14 and is serving his 2nd tour in Afghanistan.

Personality: Very outgoing and charismatic, Gabby often tries too hard to get people to see her as down to earth. She is a good listener and friend and she often puts others ahead of herself; however, when it comes to guys she can be a real bitch. If she sets her eyes on someone (girlfriend or not) she will do whatever it takes to make it happen.

Short History: Gabrielle moved to Westbrook from Los Angeles when she was 13 because her father inherited a great deal of businesses in downtown Columbia. Her father, Daniel Dawes, is the owner and CEO of a shipping company called FromUs2U. The company ships about 70% of the demand from infomercials. Her mother is an aspiring fashion designer and often forces Gabrielle to wear some of her more "interesting" creations. Though she is very wealthy, Gabrielle tries to hide it a lot, not wanting to seem intimidating to new people or allowing herself to attract unwanted attention from people only wanting to know her for her money. She is a senior in the honors program at Scott A. Knight High School. Gabby is a huge nerd when it comes to school, especially when it comes to literature, but she usually keeps that to herself.

Alanna has several piercings along her ear, gages, and and a monroe. She also has a nose stud and tongue piercing. She has a belly piercing as well.

Clothing: Alanna is usually seen wearing either band/graphic t-shirts, skinny jeans, and toms, or lace tights, a mid thigh dress and beanies with combat boots. Her arms are full of rubber and jelly bracelets 24/7. She doesn't go anywhere without her piercings either.

Personality: Alanna is a rowdy, loud, slightly obnoxious sophomore who most consider a friend. She thrives on attention. It's just her thing, a people person at heart. Alanna can come off a bit rude at time but her positive outlook on life and sweet laughter make her lovable, like a teddybear. But although she's always smiling and laughing and joking, she can have her days when that all slips away. Alanna usually covers up all her problems in fear that others might find her too much of an attention-seeker, and dislike her. She fears being outcasted the most. Alanna is also very easily offended. An insult can bring her down to tears. But she tries her best to stay nice with everyone. Any time that she feels down or depressed, she turns to her bad habits to forget, smoking and drugs. But she does her best to make sure she's still decent-looking. Alanna can be rather blunt at times, usually finding it hard to form her thoughts into words without saying them exactly how she thought them.

Clothing: Jack normally wears baggy pants or basketball shorts along with a vast assortment of shoes. He wears a variety of T-shirts, whether plain or advertising something, and a hoodie.

Personality: On the inside, Jack is very pensive and perceptive. He actually has a very high IQ for his age though his doesn’t display it on the outside. In fact, his grades are on the below-average side of the spectrum. On the outside, Jack is very outgoing and funny. He loves to meet new people and make friends. He can be competitive, especially in sports, and perhaps a bit of a womanizer.

Short History: Jack lives at home with two working parents, Anne Slater, a microbiologist, and Sam Slater, an accountant for a law firm in Columbia and an older brother, Chris, aged 19. His brother is who introduced Jack to the life of partying. As a child, Jack was mainly your typical, social, sporty boy. He was one of the first kids to start dating, and due to his brother, partying and experimenting with drinking and whatnot. Thankfully, the life of the popular hasn’t corrupted him… yet.

Likes: Parties, shoes, learning new things (secretly…), spicy foods.
Dislikes: Tomatoes, sweet foods, bitches, douches.
