Avatar: The Chosen [OOC] [PRIVATE]

Avatar Korra as long since passed. Peace flourished and spread throughout the world after our hero's triumph and grief took it's place when she passed. Several other avatars were born and passed, living simple and peaceful lives in leisure. But all this time, the Earth Kingdom plotted. Waiting for a time to strike...And they have it now. They waited several years until the kingdom's relationships slowly began to break and grow rocky. Then they striked. Half of the fire nation is under there control now. All of the water tribes struggle to continue on. The earth kingdom's people are ruled with an iron fist of tyranny. It us up to the new avatar, wherever they may be, to come and rescue the world from darkness with their companions. Our hero as returned. And they are ready.....Well....somewhat for the most part.

Personality: Kimura is a generally confused with life girl who just wants to be normal. She has a fiery attitude and is quite a talker when she wants to be, but has a short temper that can lead to quite brutality when she's angered. She has a wall set up mentally to try and block out connections, so that way she doesn't have to be hurt. Cold and bitter seeming at first, her rudeness can turn some people away, but once she opens up, despite her tough girl outwardness, she's extremely vulnerable and easily manipulated.
Brief bio: When Kimura was born to be the next avatar, it seemed perfectly fine at first. They thought she would be able to lead a normal life. But when she turned five, and the Earth Kingdom began it's tyranny, they hid the poor little girl away. It was hard for her, being isolated all her life. On her eleventh birthday, everything took a turn for the worst though. Right before her eyes, earth benders ruthlessly murdered her mother and father for not giving up her location. From then on, Kimura swore to never befriend a earth bender and avenge her mother and father's deaths. She left to live with her aunt, the only relative still alive, and her husband. Kimura has trained herself since then, sustaining quite a couple scars as well.
Other: Kimura is le avatar. She also has a pet ferret named Golum. She also the great grandaughter of Zuko, and is skilled at parkour.

Personality: she is very kind, stubborn, strong-willed, calm, a bit sarcastic, has a temper but has to be pushed over the edge which rarely happens
Brief bio: her family was homeless, but was to hide her because of her strange beauty. She was kidnapped after a little trip away from her parents and was forced into a marriage with her kidnappers. The kidnappers were earth benders. Her "husband" died before he could say his vows because his son wanted her. The son never married her, but kept her for himself. He was usually away, so she trained herself and eventually became a great warrior. She never knew her powers, though. Until she accidently flooded her garden with just the thought of water. She had been testing it and soon became a master. She finally escaped the son and became a teacher.
