Just Another Day in Springfield High

It was the start of yet another glorious school year at Springfield Highschool. The buses pulling up like usual dropping off kids to go and learn about more things. It is after the principals usual assembly to start off the year and final part of enrollment will be taking place today are now starting lunch with in the next hour, hour and a half. No real classes will be held so most kids who will not participate in any activities can pretty much hang out until the day is over.

"You can choose many or none make up your own so long as they are relevant to what a typical school would have. All students who have jobs can leave school a bit earlier than usual depending on your jobs schedule as well as them following the guidelines of what jobs Springfield High allows. We are a proud school and would like to protect our student body." The principal explained as he concluded his ceremony for the day and let the kids join whatever clubs and such.



(basic intro post either coming into school or already at school joining clubs.... however people just arriving might get into some trouble i guess.... being late on the first day and all up to you though!!)

Emilie exits the bus last, her velcro's hitting the pavement as she heads forward, trying to pick out some leftover breakfast from her teeth. She giggles loudly pulling at her lime green overalls that expose her skinny legs. She digs into her fanny pack slipping on some chap stick as she moves to look at the clubs, her eyes darting across the board with apprehension. She then heads to the athletics department to go get her mascot costume. She already had the job from freshman year, so she trudged over her brown hair twisted and knotted as it fell around her freckled face. She turns on her cassette player as she rocks out to thrift shop, shaking her overalls as she prepares for the new year, hoping that perhaps she can find herself a boyfriend this year. She begins to pick her nose, her mouth opening slightly as she found her way to the locker room.

Zak finally got to school and locked up his bicycle in the designated zone, he was always nervous on his first day at school but he was going to make the most of this school year. As he searched for where his assigned locker was he heard a loud ripping noise followed by a few thuds as his backpack became lighter. Turning around he noticed all his books on the floor, a nearby student stepped on one while another kicked it as they walked by, he let out a loud sigh as he picked up his books and dusted them off.

Kitty Parker showed up to the first day of school with her auburn hair in a cute messy bun, blue eyes shining out from behind her scruffy bangs. She had on some short, tight black shorts and a white v-neck tshirt with a red heart on it. Her black flip flops slapped the sidewalk as she walked into the building and sat through the principal’s lecture. She barely paid attention, having her eye on a guy two seats down from her on the bleachers. He disappeared in the crowd causing her to frown heavily. She sighed but let it go, knowing there had to be more guys here that she hadn’t been with yet that could give her some attention. She began making her way to different clubs, signing up for Volleyball, Track, Art Club, Foreign Language Club, Honor Society, and Drama.

Shay was already at the school signing up for the Athletics club like his father wanted him to Shay had been literally the first student at the school due to his father's high expectations of Shay being a "elite" among the rest of the students. He was barely awake everyone around him was a blur he wanted to just sleep some more but he didn't dare due to the fear of being found sleeping by his father he knew his father would come up with a harsh punishment just as he always did whenever Shay strayed from the perfect son image. After he finished signing up for three of the sports the only one his father cared about was football Shay had signed up for Tennis and Track since he knew his father wouldn't care as long as Shay did sports and got good grades his father didn't give a damn once he did something else his father would be quick to punish him. Still barely awake he leaned against a nearby wall not caring if his suit got a little dirty.

James slowly smoothed out his pearly white formal suit, complete with white slacks, white dress shoes, and a very tall white top hat, which leaned forward a bit. His grin slowly widened until it filled his face, and the high schooler couldn't wait to annoy people. Currently, he was riding in his auntie's van, with said aunt just now parking into one of the empty school lots.

"Thank you my dear lady. I shall buy you lotsa' shit when I get back to the villa." he said formally as he exited the van. His formal tone, however, was ruined by his overly-fancy clothes and silly top hat. Not to mention his rather lilting and slurred voice. His aunt, however, giggled happily and hit the reverse, waving at him from the window of her van.

"Have fun, dear!" she yelled as she drove off.

"Oh, I will. Yes indeed. Now, OFF TO THE BAT CAVE!" he started off in a mutter, then screamed the last bit hysterically. The nearby students jumped when they heard his shout, and slowly started to back away. James, however, laughed insanely as he rushed into the school, and straight down the hall way, long silver hair streaming around wildly.

Emilie exits from the athletics department with her bag a bit bigger and her bulldog hat on her head. She started making some dog noises in practice then smashed into some lockers falling flat on her ass. She yelped getting back onto her feet, and brushing herself off. She giggled noting she really couldn't see now that the mask was turned around. She dropped her backpack trying to twist it back the right way when she bumps into someone who pushes her. She trips her body falling headfirst into a trash can her legs twitching wildly in the air, as her velcros twist around wildly, "Gah..suckering succafrash! EVERY GOD DAMN TIME!" She twists trying to maneuver her way out as best as possible.

Kitty was walking out of the athletic dept after signing up for her two sports, when she heard someone yelp. Her eyes widened as she saw someone push the mascot person and them fall headfirst into the trash. “Oh crap!” she said softly, running up to the person. “Hey! I’m gonna pull on the can, you push, okay!?” she said, hoping the person could hear her through the mascot head and the trash can. Kitty yanked with all her might on the trash can, falling on her butt as it flew off. “Hey, are you okay?” Kitty said, not caring about herself as she tossed the trash can aside and ran up to the bulldog mascot.

Emilie calls out to the girl helping her,"YEAH! I'll push!" She then pushes and is yanked up and falls as well onto her butt. She begins to pull the mascot off, ripping some of her hair and boogers off. She looks at the girl who helped her and blushed,"Oh..Yeah..im..swell..yuck..I think someone left a hotdog in there...anyway. Thanks for the help! I must have tripped!" She heyucks like a hyena then looks over at the girl,"I'm Emilie, Gardasio Flit by the way!"

Kitty raised an eyebrow and grimaced a bit as the girl was covered in trash and pulled off the mascot head. The girl looked like hell, but Kitty tried to find something nice about everyone she met. After the girl introduced herself, Kitty decided the girl’s redeeming trait was that she was friendly. Kitty smiled brightly and nodded. “It’s no problem! I’m Kitty Parker. Good luck being our… mascot this year!” Kitty said positively, crinkling her nose cutely.
