There was to be one of prophecy, his life is supposed to change the world, his power would be completely incredible. He will be the ultimate source for good or evil. He will-

In the future, there was going to be one supreme mutant, unfortunately he died as a child before his x-gene could manifest. His parents had his organs dispersed into a children's hospital where it was spread amongst many needy kids, miraculously none of the children ever needed any help afterward and all moved onto live fully healthy lives. They never even had a cold since the transplants, most nominal vision improvement and persistent childish problems cleared up within a year after the transplants.

What happens to a human child with a mutant organ growing inside them on the onset of puberty? Lets find out!
