Leviathan Nation RP

Anyone interested in doing a nation RP based on the Leviathan novels by Scott Westerfeld? I was thinking, we could play it as a normal nation RP but choosing between a Darwinist, Clanker, or Fusion nation. Balancing might be an issue, but could be rectified as long as noone tries to build a steampowered Deathstar or a T-Rex army.

For those who haven't read the books but might be interested, Leviathan is a steampunk novel where the world is split between:

-Darwinist nations: These nations employ fabricated animals. Examples include Britian, France, and Russia (who have the coolest bears).
-Clanker nations: Clankers use Steam-powered iron walking machines. Examples include Germany, the Austro-Hungarion Empire, the Ottoman Empire. (These books are set during WW1. The RP doesn't have to be.)
-Fusion nations: These nations have attempted to combine Clanker and Darwinist technology. Examples are the USA and Japan. It is successful in Japan, but the USA is divided between a Clanker north and a Darwinist South.

I've never read anything by Scott Westerfeld, but i am game for a "Nature Vs Technology" Nation RP.
