I'm avoiding the majority of movies based on books these days.
Was it any good? I'm vaguely curious but I don't want to waste a few hours on witchy bad plot bullshit.

I went to see it. It was OK-ish. I think I only have somewhat fond memories of it because I had a guy who let me borrow his shoulder as a headrest and an Icee.
I will change theaters if the Icee machine is broken.
But the plot was kind of... broken? and the dialogue had a few good moments.
All in all, I went for Jeremy Irons.
Honestly? It looks like a sad attempt to fill the lame supernatural romance drama crap that Twilight has now left due to mercifully ending. Basically, there's an apparent demand for that shit and an opportunity to make easy movie off of girls going through sparkly vampire and pedowolf withdrawl.
A special thanks to Vanquished for the sig!
And another special thanks to Tick for the avatar!
Roleplays I GM
The Elder Scrolls: Vengeance of the Deep (Co-GMing with O|NoSoul)
Looks bad, Twilight-ish crap and all that
I saw it last time I was in the bookstore. This was on the cover:
"Fans of Stephanie Meyer's Twilight and HBO's True Blood series will love this!"
or something like that.
Amazing set courtesy of Lillian Thorne!
The title just screams "mary sue" to me
