I was told by Gaius that I have to first introduce a character here, have it approved, and then and only then can I post in IC. Is this correct?

And if so, please do tell me why and possibly explain it more clearly! I'm kind of confused.

Well, anyhow, my character, NS Demon (North Star pack's Demon) is on the Warrior Wolf Role Play Adventure Game I started. Please help me find my way around! :S
