I'm interested in starting up a fun casual game based on Anime. My inspiration are shows like Ranma 1/2, Soul Eater and Urusei Yetsura.
Players will be able to play humans or aliens and powers are available to both. I will have a list but players won't be restricted to it if there are good ideas.
I encourage love triangles, running gags and cartoon humor as usually seen in Anime.
I haven't decided if this should be a boarding school or public yet, but I plan to make this just a fun game.

Neat idea though I might have a couple of questions. Are these aliens of the same specific species or can they be a mixed group? Do they have a two forms, a normal human form and their alien self, should they look human like in their true form? How much power is each alien allowed to have without going overboard? Sorry for asking all of these nit-picky questions, just wanted to be sure that's all.
No problem, Sinimax. I understand the need for clarification. The Aliens can be a variety of species. I'm not really creating specific species because I'm encouraging creativity. Most aliens will be human like. I will except a few shapeshifting aliens also, but they are not the majority. Powers are varied, but no more then two power for an alien and one for a human. These are teenagers, so they don't have god-like powers or ultimate technology. I would like some zany powers that can be used in fun entertaining ways and they can be powerful, but this is like most Anime Comedies and no one will really die permanently even when hit over the head with desks or electrocuted by 50k volts.
Ah, I see, thanks for clearing up those for me, I had to ask to I can be sure of the standards and also I was already thinking of the characters I plan to create. Also I like the fact that this is a comedy based RP, it a great break from some of the serious RP I've done in the past. I was also wondering if you had a plot to go with this idea, like the aliens crash landing onto earth and such or did you have something different in mind? Otherwise I'm all in.
If I can get one or two more people interested, I'll open an OOC thread with setting and CC.
I think it will start with an alien ship crash landing and then the aliens immigrating to experience Earth's primitive life from there.
