The Land of Adther is an enormous land ruled over by the Silver Hand Empire. And while things in the Empire itself is prosperous recently monsters creatures and beasts have been terrorizing the people. But due to a war in the north, the Silver Hand's Military is spread thin and cannot repel the beasts. Because of this the monsters have been attacking trade routes, travelers, and the more gutsy ones have even been attacking cities. To combat these monsters the Emperor of the Silver Hand has created the "Order of Hunters" and tasked them with disposing of these monsters so the Military can focus on defending the borders.
You have been called upon do you have what it takes to protect the Silver Empire from these beasts?
1. Listen to the Gm's Me and Red (We have final say in all matters)
2. Respect your other players, this Is going to be a collaborative effort so everyone has to get along
3. No god modding of course cant have everyone being OP.
4. Other general Rp rules apply
5. Romance is allowed, but sex goes to pm.
6. Try to stay active and have fun
As I said this will be collaborative meaning everyone will have their input. Once we return to our base camp there will be a "mission board" of sorts that anyone who has an idea of a monster to hunt in a scary cave or whatever (these will be posted on OOC) And then votes will be taken on which mission we should take first, All missions will be handled eventually, Unless the poster of the mission PM's me and says take it down. Then that mission will be handled by a different group of hunters. If you post a mission you will be in control of that mission's monsters and story development (unless otherwise asked or if you bail on us I will take control of them)
Combat will be on an Action Reaction system. Where one person will post their actions be it an attack with a bear then must wait for other person to react with parry, dodge, counter, or take the hit, fallowed by their next action of fight or run and such. There will be no Auto hitting unless as i said earlier you go beyond the time limit without giving a proper reason. Even monsters get a chance to react but if you control the monsters be reasonable a wolf won't beat a trained soldier it will hold its own for some time, but you eventfully have to let it take the hit and die. I mean its our job to kill all the Beasts and Creatures after all.
The City of Gansberg where we are stationed
The Hall sits on top of the Hill, and the walls are extended out with more buildings inside.
Our Home, The Hunters Hall
On the bottom floor there is the Entry Hall which is lavishly decorated and gives a nice feel of home. After the entry hall is the Common room, its just a nice big furnished room so people can gather and mingle. To the left of the common room is the stairwell that leads upstairs and the Armory. I hope I don't have to explain how stairs work, and the Armory is where you can store and replenish your weaponry and supplies. To the right of the Common Room is the Dinning Hall, a Big room with lots of tables where we go to eat. And connected to that is the Kitchen. And out the back entrance of the common room is the training yard, The Staff Living quarters, and the Forge. the Forge is connected to the Armory and the staff living quarters are where anyone not us sleeps. The second floor of the Hunters Hall is our living area, basically a long hallway with rooms on ether side. at the end of the Hall is the Briefing room where the Job Board sits and where I brief our characters on the known aspects of the selected mission, Luke also treats this as his office. And connected to the back of the briefing room is Luke's Room.
Now we also have ourselves a live in staff,
Personality: Luna is our Maid, Housekeeper and Nurse. She is a very kind and sweet girl that does whatever she can to help. Originally supposed to be the Field Medic and Nurse, A demotion from Luke has left her at the hall as only a nurse. But being a bit of a neat freak she took on the roll of Housekeeper on her own. She will never take anything from your room, it might just be reorganized when you get back from a mission.
History: Being the young daughter of the family Luna was not allowed to enter the Military like her older brother. At first she was angry about this wanting to help and stand beside her brother, but she soon found a way she could help through medicinal herbs and remedies. She was born a natural healer and she was even hired a tutor to study and learn healing magic. As her skill as a healer grew she grew apart from her brother with them rarely seeing each other. Something she later cursed after his disappearance. Luna blamed herself for not being there to help her brother and when he returned she promised herself she wouldn't let him go again and soon joined the Hunters to follow and protect him. Although she is still angry at her demotion she stays with the Hunters tending to the Injured and prepared to sneak after the group if something seems to dangerous.
Name: Jake Honeywell
Personality: Jake is our Blacksmith and resident smart ass. But he is an incredibly hard worker and crafts some of the finest armors and weapons in the land. He may come off as a jerk but he does care about the safety of the hunters, if not his reputation. He makes sure no hunter leaves the hall unprepared.
History: Jake was born into the famous blacksmith family, The Honeywells, he was taught from an early age the way around the forge. Although he always had a skill for forging Jake was always compared to his father's works and he hated it. No matter how hard he tried and how skilled his pieces became he could never escape his fathers shadow. This made Jake a very rough, rebellious boy doing whatever he could to distinguish himself from his father. And eventually he even left the capital and joined the Order of Hunters to make his own name away from those who would compare it to his father's work.
Name: Donny Stonewall
Personality: Donny is the Hunter's chef and overall fatherly figure. He is very nice at times and strict at others. His size can be intimidating at times and for good reason. He will always make sure that the hunters are feed and ready to go on the hunts.
History: Donny was born into the life of a farmer, and spent much of his young life tending to the fields and raising cattle. But this life seemed so bland to Donny and when he was able he left his home to join the military. Donny made a very good soldier and over the years made his way up in the ranks even earning himself the name of "The Silver Hammer" before he retired. But after a few years even Retirement became boring for the old soldier and although he wasn't ready to march back into battle he preferred to help young fighters any way he could. So Donny joined the hunters as a chef and as a voice of experience and reason for the hunters.

From then on his life revolved around training, studying, and fighting, and as the years passed he became a fine soldier. Rumors even circulated that he was in the running to become a Silver Guard, but those dreams and rumors were slashed when he was given his first assignment when he was gravely wounded in an accident. He was told he would never fight again and was dismissed from service. Afterward Luke disappeared without a word. Many thought him dead until he reappeared when the Order of Hunters was formed. It would be in the Renaissance Era ish, people are starting to think and experiment, but no hand held guns yet. just big cannons
Name: Gnosis Roklim
Appearance: Like most women athlete who spend all day working in some way, she looks like a teenage boy. Her chest is rather flat and she doesn't have really any curves except for the ones her muscles give her. Though she was born a pearly white she spends so much time outside that it has given her a very golden tan. That is only disrupted by her tank top, combat pants and boots. The hair on her head is a sort of dirty blond/light brunette and it touched her angular face to frame it.
Weapon of Choice: Machetes and long blades.
Personality: She is young, but a veteran already. This gives her a militarian type of mind that leads her to be slightly cold and always calculating. She takes her time to make decisions, if she has it, but she can make split second decisions if she has to. Mostly she hasn't had to feel much of her other feeling besides anger, though she can. When she loves it seems like only a surface feeling, but if the love has been gained it runs deeper that anyone could know.
History: Growing up in a town like she had gave her skills that most city kids didn't have in the same time. By the age of five she was scarred both mentally and physically, carrying knives and a bow around where ever she went. Most people around her place didn't mess with her or her 'friends' as they were called, though they were no more than a group of children protecting each other. It stayed the same day in and out until her eleventh birthday when she was able to sign up for the military. Their homes were some of the first to be attacked by the monsters so there was honestly nothing left to stay for. There was also nothing keeping her from being killed since her parents were ready to move to a large city and have another child that could be softer.
The first few weeks of her military career were tough on her. She'd never had to bend to someone else's rule so much, but that was quickly changed with the training. Again life brought her more physical scarring, but her mentality hardened so that she wasn't scared or hurt anymore. It wasn't like the hardening was happening over night, but it didn't take all that long. The first year she was in she was degraded as most new military recruits were, but that led to being built up with a team mentality as was needed. Her upbringing helped her to be a natural fighter, leaving her beating most of the guys in her squad. The most common tactic for her to use was to slide her wooden blades along the sides of her opponents face from their ears to their lips. That gave her a slight status among her peers and earned her the nickname of the Banshee because she could make their ears 'bleed'. In an actually fight this was a much more literal statement.
The second year through the seventh year were much the same. Training and living hard blended together, as well as the people and things they fought. Like everything else it left her with new modifications, but these were more noticeable. At the end of that time period she had gotten scars on her face, the largest a pink scar of an X across her face. The tips started just behind her temples and ended just under her jaw line. They'd healed nicely, but it left her with discolored skin with slight grooves. Most people would look horrible after such a mutilation, but her face worked with it. The steel blue eyes that she had interpreted stood out against the redder surroundings while her lips were left as the only completely red skin on her face, since the scarring had messed up her blush. At nineteen, and with the memorial of her face, she bowed out of the military for a slight hiatus. Though only for a year, it left her feeling useless and squishy. None of that was true because she had gone into martial arts classes, but to her she wasn't doing anything worth while.
Again the military called her name, at twenty she was a well dressed soldier, though still enlisted. Her commanders welcomed her back, but when the monsters started to attack she was sent out into the field to do the dirty work. Unlike before she knew how to move to get away from oncoming attacks easier; it also help that her body was more flexible. That left her as a good soldier, ready to fight for her country as much as they needed.
Looks good, my only complaint would be at the age of 11, that's still really young to be a soldier I would say recruitment of real soldiers would start at 16 maybe 15 at the earliest otherwise looks fine by me
