-end of Letter-
You've heard about it on the news, Everyone is talking about around town...All your friends think its a wonderful place and everyone wants to go there...But seeing how expensive the trip is along with the expenses to stay there it requires you to save a lot of money. But...There is a hope, there seem the staff of paradise island is giving away free Two Week tickets with all expenses covered too the winners of the lottery. The Lottery is free and only a few is seemingly selected to get a free ticket. So...what do you do?...Of course you would think its rather easy to just put your name and Address on a Note and put it in letter that you send to the lottery. That since even thought the chance is rather little that it will be you, you will have nothing to lose and everything to win.
Many might as well just shrug and think little about it, since it means they save their beloved money in case they don't win...and if they do that only means you will have more to Spend while being there....You cannot possibly lose can you?.... You choose to go for it.
Days Passes....You go to get the mail as usual....and....
[We have a Winner!]
It seems your the lucky WINNER!. Hurrah!...how in the world could you possibly be this lucky?...being rather young as you are you rush off to the Ticket office to claim your price, they give you a ticket along with a extra for all the friends you can name. Your of course overjoyed by this causing you, and all the friends that now is very happy with you for taking them along to be super Excited.
You cannot wait for the 15th to arrive...can you?....And as the buss arrives by the meeting point told to you on the date and time, you get on the bus where there are a few others, probably the other few lucky winners...You take your seat and the buss drives off to its destination while picking up the ones remaining.
You get on the boat, excited as you are along with the people there...probably a lot of them have bought their tickets but you of a few...have gotten yours for free...he he he....you could laugh to yourself wit ha bit of schadenfreude.
And the Boat leaves port...your on your way to a Fantastic Adventure....or....Are you?....How fantastic is the Paradise island in real?....Is it not only after to claim your very life as a Price when everything seems to go WRONG!.....
Welcome to Paradise island....You may never leave again....Alive....
You've won a Ticket for a pleasure cruise for you and your friends along with all your Pokémon friend, all of you get on a boat together and you soon leave for the a place known only as Paradise Island.
Imagine The Largest Amusement park you've Ever seen, Take for example Disneyland Paris/Florida together and Triple the size...Add Ski slopes, Water lands, a Farm Land&special zoo for Very different and very Rare Pokémon....Spa Areas, Bowling halls...You name it...and you find it there. There is also a Large Beach, and all from delightful light areas...to Scary Shady ones. Along with a Theme Based Parks for all Pokémon Types...
Survival of the Fittest: Well if you hadn't guessed or realized it by now it seems your Mission will be to Survive....To your help you have Three Pokémon Friends that are with you at all times, and three Pokémon as Backup. The Option to Sacrifice one possible pokémon spot is always avalible for an Unique reward...And what else do you need to survive?...Well Besides a loooot of Luck, there are Skills and Special Traits to aid you....Good Luck.
Now It comes to Filling out your character, It might be advisable to Not put all of your heart and soul into making these as they're more or less likely to end up Dead....oops...But don't sweat it...after all your not the one that's going to end up Dead first....right?....
You can select One Unique Trait, Two Special Traits and have up to three Skills. As an alternative you may Sacrifice a Pokémon spot for a extra Special trait or skill. Or....You can Sacrifice on of your personal traits and give it to a Pokémon...they are your only source of protection here other than your mind...perhaps its worth giving them a boost to help them stay alive?.
Everyone have a special item that might be borrowed by other chars, Yet that only helps with certain tasks and don't give the unique Effect to the other character.
Unique Traits: (Pick one...one Only, this will be completely Unique To your Character)
The Survivalist: It seems the book you packed about how to survive in odd places may prove more useful than you actually thought....having study such books all your life it seems your more prepared for this than anyone else.
*Unique Effect* Sticks and stones...: The Survivalist can turn nearly everything they have in their environment into something useful, Perhaps a Hairpin can be used to open a lock...or perhaps those fruits over there can safely be consumed....Your a survivor...Do what you must to survive.
*Unique Equipment* A book on Survival, You might not have thought about why you packed it, but right now its your best friend.
-The Survivalist may sacrifice a Pokémon at any time to Survive a Death Trap, only counts for as long as you have a Pokémon to Sacrifice and only for your own Pokémon...Pokémons lended to you can thought also be sacrificed.
"I know that I....I will survive!.....No matter what tries to kill me....I know I will survive!...."
The Scavenger: Your bad habit of picking things apart in molecules to check what is on the inside might not be so stupid after all. Now days there seem people might need someone who don't mind getting their hands dirty for that extra loot.
*Unique Effect* Turning it Inside out... The Scavenger can pick about everything he or she touches apart, and is the only one that can find an extra amount of loot wherever they search. Call it itchy fingers...but if the light is broken on your flashlight...why not take the batteries?...or the holder...never know...might find a new light bulb over there....
*Unique Equipment* A multy-purpose tool, Call it pocket knife or can opener...The thing you almost had under your pillow every night in case you needed to take something in your dreams apart is with you now again...Use is wisely...
-The Scavenger may sacrifice a Pokémon at any time for scavenging purpose...perhaps your just feeling hungry...eating other peoples pokémon or at all may not be very appreciated...
"If it have been put together...it can be taken apart. Sorry Friend...Tonight your dinner"
The Specialist:Your overall good at everything special...Stronger than most, More Perceptive than others,Enduring,Charming,Intelligent,Acrobatic, and Lucky...Wow...Your good stuff....Maybe not in the terms the people around you are, but your special and that's something extra....you've just earned yourself a self pat on the back.
*Unique Effect* I'm Special... The Specialist, when there are people in this world that are better than most at something, there are those that are pure awesome. Your have higher starting Specials traits than everyone, meaning your basically better than everyone else around you at everything they are not specialized at. Smile....Because your Special!
*Unique Equipment*: A Silver Lanced hand Mirror, because you need to be able to see your own Awesomeness.
-The Specialist may sacrifice a Pokémon at any time to increase one of their Special skills to the maximum level temporarily. Due note that even under this effect your not immortal or a god, and people may not like that you spend their pokémon's lives without Very good reason.
"I'm the Best there is...."
The Repairman: It seems all the side work you've done in the past to fix people's broken stuff now pays of extra, because if somethings broken you can fix it. Even thought people might need you as a medic now instead of the purpose of fixing their car, you could say that a Body is not much different. After all, if something vital from the engine is missing it won't work...and if something vital from a body is missing....well then they're...probably Dead.
*Unique Effect* If its broken....I can Fix it!The Repairman...Maybe they should call you the Doctor....because you may heal things and people. If anyone or anything is wounded, your the one to call because your the one that can probably fix it. Surely Attaching lost limbs might be harder than replacing a broken cylinder...but....One can only do what they try to do right?...and if you first don't succeed...try, try again...
*Unique Equipment* Med-kit: Well your mum might not have allowed you to take along your trusted toolbox on a pleasure trip...but the lady sure did stuff a Med-kit down your backpack before sending you off...How wonderful of her....she might have saved someone's life!.
-The Repairman can once a Day bring a Pokémon back from the dead, how wonderful...your a Necromancer as well?. How that really work no one is sure they want to know.
The Luck-er: Everything seems to be going your way, your usually never having a bad day. When everyone is standing out there in the Rain shower your drinking a cold coke in your own private sunny spot. And Beside winning a luxury ticket for a place where all your wishes can come true, you've also seemingly condemned all your friends and yourself to Oblivion....What could possibly be luckier than that?
*Unique Effect* Miss Fortuna... The Luck-er: What everyone needs is usually a bit of luck, and you possess a very large Chunk of it. Your the winner that walks home with all the spoils. and everything seems to fall in front of your feet when you need it. However being that lucky might not give you many real friends since most that also hunger for those spoils might be prepared to stab you in the back for them.
*Unique Item* Lucky dice, Nothing really have more power in a world of chaos than a extra luck roll at any moment, good or bad...
-The Luck-er Is the only character that Can Evade Death traps completely without any cost, he or she is also the only one that can possibly give another character a chance to re-roll their luck by lending their special item to that character The Lucker also always have Maximum luck, which is why he or she can possibly avoid death without extra requirements. Thought remember....your personal luck does only affect you...not your Pokémon....perhaps its could virtually worth risking your own safety...Instead for one of your Pokémon?.
"I'm the luckiest person alive...and... the only one..."
The Psycho: I've heard that your a Psy-de....-Kick....Maybe that's what everyone at school have told you, but you know your just very Gothic and like dark magic and stuff...why would you be weird just because you laugh when a character on Tv gets mashed by a bulldozer?...its hilarious....right?. Besides Ghosts are fun and so what if your different?...screw them....normal people. And No one really needs to know that all of this could possibly be your fault...
*Unique Effect* You can't scare me!. The Psycho can virtually ignore all effects of fear, even thought you might accidentally scare someone else with your creepy behavior or stories by the camp fire...Your Sixth sense is seemingly also higher than everyone else's.
*Unique Equipment* The Voodoo Doll...Oooo....Perhaps it should have never been created...perhaps it was foolish to Jinx a trip by praying to the Dark Gods....perhaps you should stop talking to yourself....But here it is....In your backpack....For the better or worse...you carry a counter curse.
-The Psycho may ward of Evil spirits, Sense Evil approaching and is the only one with extra insight that makes it possible for you to foretell the dangers of a quest before setting out on it. All your living Pokémon have the ability to return to you as Ghost types meaning that they can die twice. Due not that I just told you Ghost types can die...perhaps your only choice is sealing them away yourself...But at least once more they will be on your side. Sadly thought, any Ghost types on your team may not work as a 'living' shield as anything that hits them will likely strike right through and hit whatever they was protecting as well.
"Shh, I can hear them....the Spirits talking all around us..."
The Leader: Every pack needs a leader, and your the alpha, That means everyone has to do what you say and that Everything that happens is your fault. It's up to you to keep this group of people and pokémon alive until you get rescued, and up to you to best decide when and where to use their abilities. But don't worry....What's the worst that could happen?...I mean besides all of you dying a pointless death because of your decisions...
*Unique Effect* The Leader may beside Bossing other characters and Pokémon around, Influence others to roughly make them better at things they're not already good at, and improve those that they already are. You will roughly increase the success rates for everyone around you, And Sadly this does not count for yourself, but what do you really have to complain about?..why do things yourself when you have a bunch of others to do it for you?
*Unique Equipment* The Omni-Rod... What every good ruler need is a good whack-em in the head rod that makes you look a lot cooler and respect giving than you do without it. Even thought people would probably love taking it from you and pushing it up somewhere the sun don't shine. This Rod have four uses and can Virtually Grant a 100% success rate on a mission performed by any character. Its up to you when to use it...save it or waste it...A bit of destiny is in your hands...A small reminder is that you must select to use a Use on your Omni rod
-The Leader is the only character that can virtually contradict the Laws of universe and bend destiny it in his or her favor four times and four times only. Choose Wisely, you've only got For shots at this...And those might prove essential to your Survival. It also seems the leader have a Hunch of where to go or search next. Lead your people to Glory, or Lead them To Ruin, your the Leader....Lead on...
"I'm the Leader...So everyone Listens to me...why is nobody listening to me?"
The Normal-ist: The most casual, the calmest and the one that almost overslept... Your the avatar of calm, and if you were a bit happier about things and had a bit of fur people would call you Eevee. Your not above average at anything...yet, your not bad at anything either,Yet your also very flexible and may learn more skills than you already possesses as things go on...assuming you stay alive.
*Unique Effect* Natural Calm... Weird dreams doesn't bother you at all, your a heavy sleeper and will always get a good night sleep even if you sleep on a spiky stub with a rock as a pillow. You might not avoid Fear effects like the Psycho, but you have an overall normal resistance to everything...nothing is super effective towards you, yet your not super effective toward anything else either. Ghosts tend to pass right through you and you do the same with them, its almost as you could say your the 'Normal Type'
*Unique Equipment* The Incubator: Well along with you, you took your still unhatched Pokémon egg as you still had to watch over it while being away, and this gives you a possible Incubator for whenever your pokémon hatches, this allow you to virtually replace a Pokémon over time by breeding a new one. Wonderful right?...you can possibly make more lives for your group to sacrifice.
-The Normal-ist, while your the only character that can bring in brand new life. Your also the one that cannot really stand out, your Special stat always stays Neutral and may not be boosted, yet they cannot really fall below normal either making you virtually immune to status changing effects. Yet loosing your leg may still slow you down a bit until you've found a replacement. Your also a Jack of all trades and might replace anyone more important in the group if they die.
"I'm Perfectly Normal....He he he he...."
~~--~~If all eight spots are filled, The rest will be the Last class until they can replace members or the group unlock New Classes~~--~~
The Nobody: A lost soul, Your a survivor so far...but you hardly know who you are anymore, there is no one around to tell you and all your friends or family are either dead or missing. Yet you alone survived, and your remaining pokémon is all that have kept you going and alive so far....Will help ever come...or is this the end?...
*Unique Effect* As a Nobody, Your virtually pretty useless. In your shocked weak state you can hardly remember your own name any longer, you can barely walk and talk straight and your pokémon are very weakened. You suffer from Dehydration and hunger, which have led you to amnesia...Yet a glimmer of hope remains inside of you, somewhere on this island there are others like you and together you may perhaps have a chance to survive. Until that you suffer Special penalties from the get go and its unlikely you succeed in anything that requires too much of you...Still, you might serve use as bait...
*Unique Equipment* Whatever you took with you from home, this is a free selection yet cannot outshine any of those of the Main group. It could be a simple thing as a flashlight that could help the group in their darkest hour, or perhaps you have managed to stumble over the key to the door they are looking for. With the proper care you may return to normal state where you be promoted to a Normal-ist
-Nobody's seem to not be able to do most things rights, if the task is too hard they are likely to quickly give instead up usually without even trying, they're survivors with shattered spirit and with just a little hope still keeping them alive. They have a Penalty to all their special attributes until they have achieved normal status again, until than they are virtually pretty useless except in the purpose of the simplest's of tasks and providing the group with whatever they might carry on them still.
Everyone knows your special, that's why your here....right in the middle of nowhere and are likely to die....But at least you can shine a bit before that.
You can usually
Tag/Select 2 of these normally unless you sacrifice Pokémon at the start you will get +1 in your chosen skills, to give you things that your Better at. Yet the Normal-list cannot increase his or her stats, while the Specialist automatically gains +2 to all of them. The Luck-er gains a +6 bonus to his or her luck permanently.
Add +1 to your selected skills. Then you hardly need to think about them any longer and leave the advanced to me.
Maximum is bonus is 6, and at maximum you have -6. And these stats will affect your performance. The Normal Value is 0.
Strength: Effects how much you can lift.
Perception: Effects your Five senses, Hearing, smell etc...
Endurance: Effects how much abuse your body can take before giving up on you.
Charisma: Effects how good you can communicate with others and your pokémon, how much they like you and the likeliness they understand what you mean.
Intelligence: Effects how likely you are to understand things, how quickly you can gather new knowledge and learn new things.
Agility: Effects how flexible you and you body is, how likely you can perform things that require it.
Luck: Effects everything in a small or not so small way,
There are many things you can be good at without the need of really asking permission first, Just about anything logical that does not increase your Special stats or your Unique ones. Otherwise it can be anything from Planting flowers in pots to Driving a Space ship. With other words Simple Everyday stuff...that may help you a bit on the way.
Lastly....Before we forget, There are a Few Rules that are to be followed.Code:[url=*Insert Picture url here*[/url] Name: Age: Gender: Short Bio: Class: (Your Unique Trait) Strength: 0 Perception: 0 Endurance: 0 Charisma: 0 Intelligence: 0 Agility: 0 Luck: 0 Skills: Primary Team: - - - Backup Pokémon: - - - Belongings: (Beside your Unique items and clothing, what would you otherwise logically pack as you go to a New Island theme park paradise? 1. Please be respective of others, Don't whine and complain about how the game is played by the players or the Gm's.
2. Obey the Standard Forum rules.
3. This is like PG-16, there will likely be, Violence, Horror, And Blood...If your afraid of that stuff, or it being in Pokémon themed stuff then Sorry...this place may not be for you.
4. I am The all-mighty god over everything in this Rp, Anything that I say is final, unless I change it which is unlikely. Feel free to come with questions and suggestions via pm, I will also keep in contact with the players that are lost or missing.
5. Your Pokémon team can have any pokémon from any generation, they may know any move you want them to know and Their size or level does not matter, as long as they can actually learn the move somehow.
6: You can use up to three of your Pokémon at any time, the other tree only becomes available after the end of each Day inside the Rp and until then your Prevented from switching or changing between them. They also activates if one of your primary pokémons are killed during a mission.
7. There will be a certain day rhythm and its usually safe to assume that its a lot safer outside during the day than the night.
8. If your character dies, please don't be sad as its a part of the Roleplay, you can always come back with a new character as a Nobody, that eventually can turn into that role.
9. Pokémon can die too and are are more or less likely to depending on how you use them, some missions may Require a Life to complete...and seeing as your Human must stay alive as long as possible...well...they lived a good life.
10. Listen to the CO-Gm's too, when I get some xD
11. No Fake-mon ^^
12. Remember this is a Led Rp, meaning that you as a player in general do not decide what really happens except for minor Extents.
13. Ghost Pokémon cannot really protect you towards all dangers, as their body is incorporeal they cannot work as a shield.
The Day Rhythm:
The Boat at Sea...
The First starting location will be the Boat, the evening before the arrival to your new adventure. Here the major part of the day will play out however you like it too, while I also introduce a few random characters of Interest. You can decide here what type of relationship your as a group have to each other, and whatever or not you want to have friendly battles with each other.
You will start at Day time when you arrive on the Island, To where your currently free to interact and play around. Yet your ship have been through a terrible accident causing it to sink and now your on the Beach of paradise Island, here you will assemble as a real group for the first time and just about everyone will fill in their Class role. Yet at the moment you don't suspect anything, the only thing you can tell is that your ship sunk and now your on the beach...not seeing the original civilisation except for a few beach houses and no people around even thought there is warm weather soon makes you suspicious thought.
After this point you start learning that everything is not right here, and that you might have to Survive for at least 15 days and 14 nights, seeing how your parents will suspect something by then and might send for a rescue...but seeing how things are...the help might have a hard time making it...your on your own....god now hows long.
Here is where You soon notice me pointing out different places of interest, and its up to your leader to decide if you want to act on these o or ignore them. All my posts in this Role play will consist of something in your surrounding or the result of an action taken by your character. Each day may contain up to Eight Missions, one for each of you in the main group but at many points will be fewer and there is up to the leader to decide which people may go together on a mission and who to send. If the leader is not available Your characters make take it upon themselves to select a mission, do remember that its only the Psycho that can tell the direct danger of each mission.
All places I point out will be interesting, and hold something you might need and some kind of problem to solve. There may also be danger in that particular place as well, and the danger can vary from something very simple to a Death trap. Do not that its not always certain that a more difficult mission holds better rewards, its very depending...sometimes it can be the easy mission that holds the answer, yet it can require a special character for you to actually get the right item. A mission completed can thought be safely strolled into by another character, but your personal boost will no longer be in effect, and now you can mostly only fish for the item your friend could not take.
Lastly, when night arrive there will be Unique and very dangerous Night missions...These will always be harder than most missions during a day, and a Easy mission at night will always posses some kind of danger. A Death trap during night will nearly always claim a life of the one attempting it, and this can vary from a Pokémon to the person itself that participate depending on how they play out the mission. You will notice that different characters have different things that may help them during missions, in particular the survivalist is the only character that Can Survive a Death trap he or she triggers by sacrificing a Pokémon. While the Luck-er is the only one that can completely avoid the effect of a death trap without additional costs by lucking out.
Good Luck, you'll need it.

~ Risanne Aurel
You've Encountered a abandoned looking shack by the road. Its made out of wood and the windows on the house are barred with sturdy looking planks, around it the nature seem sprouting slightly different from the surrounding indicating that it once was cut down but now have regrown around it. It seems wines has climbed around the house and windows making them even sturdier with a natural fortification. The door looks untouched thought, as well as the holdings around it yet this have caused it to likely have grown rather sturdy in place as well as the wood may have expanded during the years. You reckon it will require a bit of strength to actually force the door open after all this time, if its actually not locked to begin with.
Your the only one close to the Shack as all your team mates are on different quests for the moment, and your Leader have requested you to thoroughly search this area. You have no idea from the looks of things what this shack may contain...other that its old and overgrown the air around it does not feel very heavy and your Pokémon show no signs of being very afraid.
What do you do?
Mission Requirement: To use shear Strength seems obvious...
~~Player Reply: Accepted~~
'..far too sturdy for me to force it open..' Ris continued to think to herself, kneeling down with her hand under her chin. She was studying the decomposing door and all of its minute details, such as slight depressions from being eroded by the flora and fauna nearby, though none were large enough to take advantage of. Burning the entire thing down would be the easiest option to get through, but then again, she might end up burning anything that lay inside, not to mention the entire forest as well. And, she didn't even have a Pokemon with a fire-type move to begin with. Sighing to herself, she pulled a Pokeball from the bag she lay on the forest floor. Soon enough, her trusty Rush emerged in a flash of red light, stretching a little as it levitated in the air. Ris stepped a few meters away from the door, cleared her throat, and said, "Rush, use Meteor Mash". Its arms began to glow with a cosmic yellow energy, as it moved closer towards the target and unleashed a barrage of punches, as the wood began to crack and snap in rapid succession.
~Gm Goes through the incredibly fast and easy Roll of....DOOM!~
As Risanne all her pokémon to attack the door instead of attempting to open it herself, The Creature listens to its trainers command and attempt's to break the door down. The Door is sturdy and even thought quite jammed in place soon Yields to the attack of the Pokémon. Yet this also beckons out a very soundly noise as Rush smash the door to pieces alerting nearby hostiles about their location. As the two make their way inside, they find the Shack rather filled with different type of stuff that mostly seems useless, it probably have been used as some kind of storage, Yet they hardly get the time to fully search the shack before enemies crawl up on them. It seems whatever the Doors and barred windows once attempted to keep out....now have free access...and for the two inside...they are now Cornered.
Action taken: Smashing the Door. Successful
Effect: Alerting of Nearby Enemies causing Rianne along with her Pokémon friend to get cornered with seemingly nowhere to escape too without fighting.
Result: No Loot obtained, Inevitable Risky battle started.
~Your now Engaged in a battle for survival, with no one to help you...Currently Rush is the only one to defend you and is now along with you running a large risk of getting slain.
What do you do?.
