In short, Homestuck, Evangelion, Fantasy, or SCPs?
For Homestuck, I'm thinking a 4-player session from a dystopian surveillance-state near-future Earth that turns out to have been a consequence of it being a scratched session, like for the A2 trolls. There probably wouldn't be any aliens, at least not until everyone's in the medium.
Evangelion would be either original characters only but the same premise, with a little more emphasis on horror of the Lovecraftian variety than the original, or set during the Second World War where the discovery of Adam and subsequent development of primitive EVAs in the inter-war years has made the battles even more grim, horrible and apocalyptic, and that's before they find out any real secrets about the conflict.
For a fantasy roleplay, I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in a setting based largely on Break Blade, likely set in an oriental or arabian analogue country, with Magic A is Magic A in effect.
Finally, an SCP roleplay would likely feature people of various professions - doctors, guards, psychologists, physicists, etc - in the SCP organisation interacting and dealing with a few new SCPs assigned or appearing near their facility, and possibly with an antagonist cult or organisation as well. It would be unlikely for use of SCPs in their posession to be approved, so they would have to deal with the threats with conventional means and their imagination.
