The shrill alarm tore through Reno Black's bedroom and sent a wave of fury throughout him., practically blinding him. Hadn't he told her to make damn thing quieter? He had specifically told the stupid girl to make sure it was quiet so he could sleep, but she was apparently too dumb to do so. He groaned as he kicked off the thin sheets and sat upright, stretching. Stupid bitch just had to wake him up after his long shift yesterday. She couldn't do anything right. Glowering, he caught a reflection of himself in the mirror and glanced towards it.
He had bright, spiky red hair that shot out in almost every direction and bright green eyes. He towered over the majority of people and mostly Rose. He had a heart-shaped face with a pointy chin, his cheekbones rather high, his lips a dark red, his nose small and thin, and with some scars covering his shoulders and cheek. Reno was muscular and broad, having an intimidating air around himself. To combat it, he ironically had a sweet, yet charming smile that seemed to put people at ease without another muscle twitching. It was something that he used often, mostly to get away with things that happened to Rosaline. Speaking of which.... Reno drifted out of the room and down the stairs towards Rosaline who was about to leave. He caught her shoulder and carefully pinned her to the wall before she even had a chance to blink. He made sure not to leave any visible traces of it.
"What have I told you about your alarm clock?" Reno demanded, scowling. The tone of his voice was as if he were speaking to the murderer of his child. It was filled with contempt, hatred and fury. His green eyes darkened and flashed with anger and annoyance, and he raised his hand menacingly towards her although he didn't strike her - or at least, not yet. "If I have to tell you again, I'm going to become your alarm clock. Got it, bitch?"He roughly let go, leaving nail marks in her shoulders and kneeing her in the thigh. He then shoved her out of his way and entered the kitchen. "Come back home directly after school ends or the punishment make you. Got it?" He turned to face her, glaring, as he sat down to eat his breakfast. "Learn how to do more, you idiot. Now get out of my sight before I make you," Flicking her off, Reno began eating and kept glaring menacingly at her while he ate.
The vibration of Shay Knight's phone caused her to jolt awake and let out a gasp as if she had been about to be murdered. She looked down at her phone and hastily slammed her button down on the alarm button. When it ended, she groaned and slowly laid back down and curled up on her side. All she wanted was five more minutes to sleep, but now she was unfortunately awake. She sighed and slowly sat back up, swinging her legs over the side of the bed. Her feet hit the cold floor, sending shivers up her spine. She shuddered at the coldness and walked over to her closet. Her sleeveless, a-line lacy blue dress hung from a hanger which was on the doorknobs. She sighed, glancing around her small, cramped bedroom. She wasn't used to this yet and didn't think she would be. It was so different from her old house as well as the neighborhood. Turning away, she told herself to focus on the task at hand.
Shaking her head, she quickly changed out of her pajamas, which consisted of a tank top and plaid pajama pants. She sighed and pulled the dress on, tossing her mane of raven black hair over her shoulder. The dress went halfway up her thighs and showed off her muscles and how toned she was. She grabbed the black belt that went with and put it on. After she was done, Shay pulled on over a pair of her ankle socks and then put on a pair of her black motorcycle boots. A second later, she donned a pair of matching earrings and a bracelet. She entered the bathroom afterwards and began doing her hair, eventually leaving it straight with half of it pulled up with a black bow in the back. Normally she didn't dress up, but she wanted to make a good first impression. Little did she know how dangerous it was to dress like this.
She went down the stairs and entered the kitchen, crossing immediately toward the pantry. She began to scavenge for her blueberry nutrient grain bar and quickly found one. "Aha," she murmured to herself as she pulled it out. "Found you." She grabbed a juice box and silently shut the pantry door. She glanced at the clock, which read 6:45 A.M. She groaned and snatched her purse form the counter, stuffing both items in it. Afterward, she left the kitchen and walked to the side door leading to the garage. Once inside, she quickly strolled over to her motorcycle and looked down at it. Her bag laid beside it, which housed her leather jacket, gloves, pants and helmet. Shay quickly put everything on and opened the garage door and shut it once she was out, all the while pulling her motorcycle out. She stepped onto and sat down, quickly starting it and hitting the accelerator. Shay gave her house one last look before driving off towards Ravenwood.
