Looks to be about 19 but his actual age is unknown.
Braydin has a calm and nonchalant demeanor; although once you get to know him you’ll quickly learn he’s kindhearted and sweet.
Besides the normal ones like accelerated healing, heightened senses as well as speed he also has the gift of divided mind, memory manipulation and precognition.
He possesses two personas, each capable of separate powers. One of the personas, (Braydin) is unaware of the other.
He can control memories of oneself and others, allowing him to modify, fabricate, suppress, influence, repair, restore, erase, detect, and view them. He can also change memories and enter the victim into a psychic vision, replaying their memory. (This is Bray’s power.)
Braydin has the power to perceive future events before they happen
• Sunlight - It's not deadly, but he prefer to sleep or slack off during the day.
• Bloodlust - He must feed on blood, human or animal, to survive
• Holy ground – Can’t enter holy ground.
• His bloodline – An emotional weakness.
• A wooden stake made from white ash, but the tree must have its root in holy ground.
Braydin lived a solitary life in England; he stayed alone in his mansion and spent most of his time staring out of a window. His solitude was only broken with visits from a young maiden named Maria who had grown attracted to this mysterious and secretive stranger. Infatuated with this human girl he fell in love and decided to live a peaceful life, withdrawn from the supernatural world. Eventually he realized his mistake and knew what had to be done: A human could not survive with the knowledge of vampires, they would be shunned and branded insane and so with great pain he used his ability and erased himself from her mind.
It is not known what he did after this but it’s said that he retreated and seized all contact with his family and linage, wanting nothing to do with them or their rules. From there on out he was careful and carefree which is why no one really noticed how he shared a bed with a different girl each night, feasting on their blood as soon as he had given them what they craved, him. Staying somewhat true to his family’s linage he rarely lost control and the women were often returned home.
Eventually the town’s people learned to fear him, rallying their forces they were forced to seal him into a casket where he has been for the last 820 years.
820 years passed by before Braydin was finally released from his slumber. Awoken to a new world he has little knowledge of today’s society as well as to whom and what he is, although in the few months he has walked amongst the living again he has figured out the basics. His amnesia is due to his dual personality Bray whom erased his memories of the last 800 years, not wanting him to remember the eternal torture.
