Alright, I get that you're freaking out. That's understandable. You just woke up from a long sleep. A long, long sleep and I'm your savior. Expected someone more... angelic? I realize I probably look like shit right now. Well deal with it, it was quite the hassle getting over here, past the armed guards and everything to give you this message so you'd better listen up. You were in the wrong dimension, bud, sent at birth to the place that would challenge you most. Usually it's just the sheer boredom of it all. Your world sucked, right? You probably had godawful parents because when they send kids out, they're not choosy about the kind of people whose memories they alter to parent you. In fact, your death was planned from birth. Do you remember how you got here? Yeah, that's right. You killed yourself.
Don't worry, friend, this ain't hell. It's a whole lot worse.
Now, you're about to be sent to a base to be conditioned. You should look the same as you did in your old dimension, your body would have been repaired in the dimensional rift (the transport back here), though sometimes we get things a little wrong. Hair, eyes, just minor stuff. Yeah, I know you've got no idea what's going on. Look, there really isn't time to explain, alright? You're just here now. Forget your old life. You only lived that one because they needed you to hang on long enough to kill yourself at a good age. A "good age" being somewhere in your late teens, early twenties. That jazz. By killing yourself, you got transported back here, where you're supposed to be. You can't stay in another dimension without eventually returning to this one. You would have returned by default back here if you aged to thirty (automatic heart-attack and instant death), but by then you'd be too far gone to adapt, and yes, they'd kill you. They need you to comply, because your old life should have taught you that fighting authority is futile and just a waste of your time and energy. It should have taught you to lash out elsewhere. Why send people to other dimensions to test them? Well, there's the problem. See, when kids age here, they develop these weird mutations and deformities by the age of five (major loss of bone-density, muscle deformities, skin diseases, etc, etc). We have no idea what causes this, only that it's recent and it will kill them or render them unable to fight for us-
-Oh, did I mention? We're a "warrior race". We dominate and control. We've got five planets under our control and we're fighting on another one. I swear that disease was sent here by the gods to erase us for good. Our planet happens to be dying, plants withering, animals dropping dead in their tracks, it's a real mess. So we really only use it as an army base and to train newcomers. It's all very industrial and dull.
Who am I? Ah, there's the question. I'm a friend. They'll be taking you to the base now but you'll see me there. My name? Call me Nova. Nova Blue.
Alright, so basically this is an RP about a bunch of people, aged 16-24 (probably not older, 25-30 year-olds would be enslaved, 30+ would be killed) who have recently committed suicide in their own worlds (can be from a completely made up dimension if you want, be creative, so long as it was a situation that would challenge your character the most and render them hopeless enough to end it) and were transported here as a result (here being a planet called Saverian with a race of human-like aliens). They meet first with a mysterious girl with purple and blue hair who calls herself Nova Blue. She seems to be able to disappear on command and she says she's out to help your characters. Meanwhile, you're being trained and conditioned by the base leaders to follow their rules, their religion, their "ethics", their fight and values. You decide you need to get out, but you don't know where to go. Nova will help you. And you all try to find a new world once off the planet, but this proves difficult as well. This will be a long RP, with many plots: getting "trained", trying to get out of the base and stealing a ship, trying to find a new planet, realizing the war that's going on and siding with another planet to stop the "warrior race" (known as the Saverians), and also finding out who Nova is, lots of side-plots, etc.
Your character can be from anywhere you want, make up a planet if you have to, so long as they have a generally human appearance, as they would need to look like the Saverians. Your character can also be from Earth if you like. Hair and eyes can be of non-earthly colours but probably not quite as bright as Nova's. Everything else you need to know about this world and this war will be explained IC, but if you have questions, feel free to ask.
((We are in dire need of new people, so I will be accepting as many as possible)
