"Silence! I do not take any failure as you home! Now go, and find me those 7 Mermaid Tears!" the King shoved some soldiers away from him while he walked through the hallway to his own throne. He glared at everyone he passed on his way, even though some of them lowered their body to bow at him. As he sat himself, one of his mage knocked the door, and went in. The King stared at the young man while his fingers tapped at the armrest of his seat impatiently. "How's the progress?" he asked with rather harsh tone, to intimidate the mage.
The young Mage, in other way, only smiled and bowed, then he read the papers he brought earlier. "I've found the location of the stones, they were in 7 different countries and kingdom. They are hidden in the shrine which the location remains unknown." he explained calmly, though he feel a bit uncomfortable by how the king stared at him. As he get the nod of approval, he dismissed himself and went out to the garden. He sighed the nervousness away and sat on the grass. It doesn't matter if his robe stained by the dirt or mud. He wanted to calm himself.
Riviere, or people often called him Vier, is one of those unlucky mage. Whose worked only under the King's charge. He's perfectly fine with the old king, who passed away a year ago. He treated the young mage nicely, despite how often he made mistakes. But the new king was so different. He will treat anyone like a trash, kill anyone without mercy, and not to mention, greedy.
Vier sighed once again as his vividly grey eyes stared at the papers. His hair were ruffled by the breeze, and made his silvery hair become messy. "Now, where should I start searching? And where is that man?" he looked around to find any sign of a certain swordman.
