Name: Clyde Light
Danger Rank: 4
Clyde possesses porcelain skin that seems to almost glow. Her eyes are a soft blue, until she uses her ability, in which case they will line with crimson around the pupils. She stands at five feet and six inches tall, her hair a jet black and cropped to her shoulders, more often then not, falls into her face and she doesn't bother to ever move it. She keeps her attire to mostly gray or black clothing, cargo pants are the most convenient for her, but tighter clothing is less lightly to catch on things, so her wardrobe varies.
Personality: Clyde despises most things and people around her. Ever since she was younger, all she's known has been betrayal, and she tends to stray away from others, barely talking unless thoroughly necessary. She is borderline insane, and enjoys watching others in pain; however she may be sick, she does strive for better. When speaking, she keeps her words short and she sometimes seems rude. She doesn't care much for anyone but herself, mostly because she doesn't care to know anyone.
Powers: Mind control. She can, however, only use two of its sub-fields; Push and Hypnosis. Using Push, she's able to cause immense mental pain, and is able to implant thoughts, emotions, and memories into the minds of others, making them believe that it is truly their own thought. In Hypnosis, she can cause others to follow orders by sending suggestions to the target's subconscience.
Limitations/Drawbacks: She cannot erase implanted information, but can suppress them by implanting new information. A headache will be subject to the user if the ability is constantly used, the severity depending on how much they push their limit. Anyone can dismiss a thought if it is not planted well enough in one's subconscious, and those with an emotion based ability can easily defend against her Push. Those with an immunity towards her type of ability will obviously not be affected, and those whose minds are of a stronger type will be much harder to affect with Hypnosis, but if immunity is not part of their ability, then that person can be affected, but it is not a definite guarantee that they will or won't be phased. Most will likely try to fight Push, but depending on the strength of their mind and if they can recognize the mental invasion. Another factor is how hard Clyde would concentrate. She cannot, however, focus on a singly target for longer than an hour, otherwise she will go unconsious; but this rarely is necessary.
Skills: She studied quite a bit in the medical field, and fluently speaks French (First language) and English.
Backstory: When she was born, her mother knew she was odd, as she didn't care to speak. She said not a single word until she was seven, however, she had spend her toddler years learning the words in her head as she heard them, giving her just barely a better dialect than most kids her age. As all children do, she had a small argument about something awfully childish, and that's when her mother noticed just how odd her child was. Clyde had induced severe anger and sorrow into her mother using her Push ability, and her mother fought against her daughter's argument more fiercely.
However, as her mother thought of the incident, several years later, she had realized what her daughter was exactly. At only ten years of age, Clyde experienced something no child should. As she came home from the small school she attended, as silent as ever, she noticed something was off as soon as she entered the house. Clyde wanted to go, just then and without any second thoughts. However, she couldn't, and she suffered the next almost half hour of the first time she was ever betrayed. Her mother had attempted to kill her child, convinced that Clyde was a freak, a product of a criminal that couldn't be trusted, just like her father, who was terminated for the crimes he committed. Had it not been for her neighbors, the small child would not have stood a chance. She hadn't known of her ability for awhile. Now, as a reminder of the incident, she bares two uneven scars along her neck, from the blades her mother held so readily.
She was soon moved to a foster home in Manchester, where she began to learn English and continue her life. Having always been so silent, she was able to easily hide the things on her mind. Her foster parents didn't notice the things her mother did. They didn't notice how she grinned at the stories of shootings or other tragic events they showed on the news. They didn't care about the time she spend alone, beginning to learn of her ability and the things she could do with it. She never made any friends, she found the thought of trusting anyone else a nuisance and ill-minded. She thought it was stupid, in short.
Soon, however, she began to absent mindedly use her ability, which got her noticed by the government at the age of 18. Since then, and multiple escapes from them and finding small towns to take refuge in before moving onto the next, starving and growing more distant with everything. She eventually came to find out about Xavier's Institute for Higher Learning from eavesdropping on a small American group, and it sparked her interest. As soon as she could, she found a way to this place, after research in libraries and such.

♥ = romantic || ☺= friends || ☠ = enemies || ♥ = neutral
Gabriel Scott: ◑ - He's attractive, I'll give him that, but seems to have a little bit of overconfidence. Hopefully, I don't run into him too much, if at all. Yeah, he's got the looks, but his slick tongue just makes me feel gross, not quite sure why, but it just makes me want to vomit. Probably because all he's after is a good time in a bedroom, which, of course, isn't my thing.
Daniel Green: ◑ - Very keen about nature, but that much is not surprise, since his ability reflects his reason. He seems nice, but I'm not necessary here to chit chat and make friends. However, if that were the case, I suppose this guy would potentially be a friend.
Pandora Whittmore:◑- She seems like a sweet girl, shy for sure, but she has something about her that just makes me want to smile. In a way though, that sickens me, since I don't care too much for...expressing any type of emotion. Smiling would be happiness, unless faked, of course. Anyways, seems like a great girl, overall.
Landon Covar: ◑ - Darkness manipulation? In admittance, I envy that, I suppose, it'd be a neat ability to have, but I'm content with my own for the time being. I wonder what his outlook on the world is. He could either hate most things and people like me, or possible is an uppity type person just stuck with an ability that would say otherwise.
Sarina Saunders : ♥- Mmmm, a redhead with a temper... I could enjoy that, in more ways than one, if she's into that thing. Yeah, I'm an antisocial sheet of paper, but hey, pale is sexy to some, and anyways, everyone gets urges. *Ahem* I mean, she seems like a respectable girl. I suppose I'd like to get to know her... If I do any socializing here.
Josiah Delarme : ◑- Seems like a cute kid, I guess, not really much I know about him, though. Not that I'd really care to get to know anyone here.
Aaron X : ☠- This guy would be useful for healing, if for some reason I was injured, but honestly that's it. I'm not much for people with such a...erm...not so hate everything personality? He'd be fun to mentally mess with, I'd imagine, heh.
Zhayne Spencer : ◑- He could be a great guy, but honestly, I despise animals unless they're mass killing people. Oh well.
Joseph Baker: ☠- He'd flee from a fight? Nope, not even slightly interested anymore.
Casperi VonLudmira: ◑- Sexy and deadly? If I wasn't smart, I'd be all over it in every aspect, but more or less, this is someone to allie, not to make out and f*ck with. I'm smart enough to know that much.
Roman Black : ◑- I've not yet decided if I like this guy or not. It'd take a brief exchanging of words and a quick peek inside of his mind to see if I do or don't.
Heidi Williams: ☠- Intelligent, cute, and a bit anti-social? If it weren't for her ability, she'd be someone I'd probably like. But how can you like someone your ability has a good chance of not working on?
Cyrus Baker: ◑- Haven't met him yet, but he's probably not someone I'd like...
Jacquinta Del A Sova: ◑ - I dislike hopeful people. But I like the destructive bit of his ability. Love it, actually.
Stephen 'Blank': ☠-Meh, blood manipulation. Already not a fan of this guy, since I hate blood. Not that it makes me queasy, because I love seeing it. Everywhere. But because it's a necessary part of our mortal, temporary bodies. Fucking with that is dangerous. Then again, I alter people's minds... Meh.
Peter 'Blank': ☠- Honestly, he seems useless, since he's not even stable and his ability is half unpredictable. A waste, in my opinion.
Booker Hendrix: ◑ - Haven't met the nut yet, but from what I've heard and possibly seen (I can't help using my ability on gossipers!) this kid has trust issues. He's not the only one here with those.
Caleb Idlett: ◑ - He works with...sound? Which is intriguing...some Brainwaves (my line of work) can be transmitted through sound in some cases. Not sure of the details nor of how that worked, but it's a thought to later look into. Perhaps me and this guy could chaoticly work together at some point.
