“Rachel Wall, what an interesting name for these parts.” Mumbled some creep. He had a piece of crumpled up paper in his hands. This creep also was wearing what looked like aged uniform with a rusted sword, barely hanging off of his belt. Rachel crossed her arms and huffed. “What is it to you?” She said in a annoyed voice. She could smell the fresh sea water pressing against her nose, and the damp clothing hanging off of her, and the heavy weight money pressing against her legs. It was burning a hole in pants.
“Captain of thee ship said you took its money from his cabin. This ain’t the first time you’ve been blamed for something missy. Oh, lookie, your name popped up for murder.” He grinned over the piece of paper, darkness filled his eye, as if it was pleasure for it. “I stolen nothing for this kind gentleman. He asked me to aboard the ship for some… help. I kindly did his request, but not thinking what his requests where going to full extent too. Once I found out, I left. And now you are wasting my time.”
She went to start walking when two guards grabbed her arms. “You ain’t going anywhere missy. There are people talking… saying you killed someone. I have crew members saying you tool the money too. Can’t cheat your way out this time missy!” He hissed at her. “Tomorrow, you will have a trail. I finally have a reason to kill ya.” His grin turned into a huge smile. The smell of his breathe and the yellowish teeth made Rachels stomach turn. “If you don’t kill someone with that nasty smile of yours.” She snapped back.
“Take her away, mates. It’s time to get this rat off the harbors.” The two men agreed and started to drag Rachel towards a stoney building. She didn’t resist. What was the point? They would end up stick her with some who would do worse damage.
They reached the prison cells, opened one of the iron doors and pushed her into it. No food or water. Just a bunch of rats running around. “At lease you could do for a lady on her last night is give her a bed!” She yelled out after them. She sighed and pressed her face against the iron bars, and looked around for signs of other people.

History about the character: Rachel Wall. Around the age of 16 this blue eyed brunette took a trip to attend the funeral of her grandfather. While wandering the docks in this comparatively large city, she met a shady gentleman by the name of George Wall. Against the wishes of her mother she married the man, and the two of them went to live together, where Rachel took a job as a maid, and George found work as a fisherman. Upon his very first voyage, George found some partying friends, and he and Rachel and these new pals partied away what little money they had. Left without money to pay the rent, our trouble hungry couple borrowed or stole a ship at Essex, and began a pirating career. They lured in passing ships by pretending to be in distress, but when their would-be rescuers arrived they found only death at the hands of the Walls and their unsavory crew. Once all valuables were removed to their own ship, the pirates would then sink the captured ships and all those aboard.
Their villainy came to an end, when George was washed away in a storm. Rachel herself was rescued, where her thieving ways continued on a smaller scale. She kept her hand in by creeping aboard ships docked in the harbor and raiding the cabins for theft worthy goods, and in this she was fairly successful. However, she was captured, tried and convicted of highway robbery. On the stand she confessed to piracy, but claimed she had never killed anyone.
