Corrupted - A Dishonored RoleplayCharacter Sheet

SpoilerAlmost everyone knows the story of Corvo Attano, the disgraced Lord Protector. Framed for the murder of the Empress and the kidnapping of Lady Emily, heir to the throne, he escaped from prison mere days before his execution and joined up with a group of rebels known as the Loyalists. Favored by the Outsider, a supernatural, near-omnipotent being of neither good nor evil, Corvo slowly cultivated his skills of magic and stealth as, one by one, the people closest to the Lord Regent, who had been the real killer, simply disappeared. And finally the Regent's reign was ended as the truth was broadcasted to every home in Dunwall that not only had the Regent killed the Empress, he had also caused the Rat Plague.
Corvo himself returned to his allies in triumph, only to be betrayed and poisoned almost immediately. Having been shipped off to the slums, presumed dead, he fought and snuck his way through hordes of assassins and finally made his way back to the Hound Pits pub, the base of operations for the Loyalists. From there, he rescued Piero and Sokolov, the two most brilliant minds of the Empire, and discovered the whereabouts of Lady Emily, a lighthouse accessible only by sea.
He made his way there and fought once more through the guards as he made his way up to the top, where he knew Emily would be hidden. Instead, however, upon entering that final room all he found was several dozen guards and a very smug-looking Admiral Havelock, the leader of the Loyalists and the newly-proclaimed Lord Regent.
They say Corvo's screams echoed through the halls of the palace for days.
From there, the Empire, already in a state of disarray, quickly fell further into chaos. Havelock, a self-proclaimed hero for having ended the reign of the previous Lord Regent and killing the dangerous assassin who had once been the Lord Protector, quickly installed a military dictatorship of which he was the sole leader. He did away with the parliament and the royal family. Meanwhile, the Rat Plague continued to claim more victims each day, until more than half the populace was dead, and showed no signs of stopping. To make matters worse, whales had been driven to near-extinction, and oil became more scarce than gold as the ships stopped bringing back much, if any, of the beasts. To combat this, the City Watch, more paranoid than ever went door-to-door and confiscated whale oil, using it to power their war machines and security devicess
This where that story ends, and yours begins. The Outsider, irritated with humanity for the death of his favored follower, gathered a number of men, women and children from around the Empire - poor, rich, sick, dying - men and women of all shapes and sizes and classes. They were granted immunity to the plague and given a single location to gather - the Hound Pits pub, the site of the beginning and end of Dunwall's hopes for survival. Hunted by the city watch and the Overseers, with large bounties put to their names by Lord Regent Havelock himself, they have been given one goal: To institute revenge on Havelock in whatever way, shape or form they see fit.
So, yeah. This is an RP based off of the game Dishonored, which came out last year. You don't have to have played the game to join the RP, although a trip to the Wiki would probably be a good idea. We've already got the people playing the main characters set up in the interest check, but anyone's welcomed to join as a non-pivotal character. I'll get my CS up in a bit, but for now feel free to put yours up.

Skills: (Any special traits that aren't directly related to their powers. Pick as many as you want, but you must have a substantial weakness for each one.)

Powers: (Everyone gets Blink. Passive bonuses generally aren't going to be RP-able, so pick one of the main powers - the only exceptions to this might be Shadow Kill and Agility, which will be allowed alongside a main power on a first-come, first-serve basis. Since we've got a total of seven, two people get to pick an applicable Daud ability - Arcane Bond can be chosen, and allows you to temporarily imbue a civilian with Blink and a passive Vitality. Level one skills only, so nobody's possessing anything more sentient than a fish or a rat. Slowing time brings the rest of us into normal speed with you. Ignore if applying for a normal civilian.)

SpoilerThis information is primarily for those who have never played the game before, and will provide basic information on the setting of the game.
The RP will primarily take place in the empire of Gristol, specifically the empire's capital city of Dunwall. The general atmosphere is a very steampunk-style environment, where the primary weapons are pistols and swords. Almost everywhere not patrolled by the corrupt City Watch is dead or dying of the Rat Plague. The architecture of the buildings closely resemble the Victorian Era, if you can ignore the air conditioning units sticking out of the occasional window.
The Rat Plague
The Rat Plague is a highly contagious disease spread by rats, sent by the former Lord Regent into Dunwall to eradicate the poor. It quickly spread out of control, however, and a majority of the populace has been killed. Those in advanced stages of the plague turn into Weepers, highly agressive zombie-like people that spread the plague wherever they go. The plague has led to desperate measures around the city, such as quarantines and mass graves, even the dumping of infected, living and dead, into the rivers.
There is no cure for the Rat Plague, although one can avoid catching it through liberal consumption of Piero's Remedy or Sokolov's Elixir, which augment the spiritual (in the case of the Remedy) and physical (in the case of the Elixir) capabilities of the drinker. However, both are obscenely expensive, and generally only obtainable through the black market for low-wealth citizens.
The Overseers are a group of religious zealots, and bitter enemies of the Outsider. They are generally given free reign by the City Watch to apprehend and kill anyone whom they deem to be practicing witchcraft or heresy. They are led by the High Overseer, who is also a powerful political figure and just as corrupt as the Lord Regent himself. The Overseers are ripe with hypocrisy, as the higher-ups live a very extravagant lifestyle while the grunts perform all the work. Overseers are generally appointed from childhood, at which point they go into training. At adolescence a few become true Overseers and the rest are killed.
The Overseers possess rare machines that play a sort of song, disabling anyone in hearing range's magic. They also are quite heavily armored, especially resistant to frontal ranged attacks.
The Outsider is a figure of myth, near-omnipotent and neither good nor evil. There are exactly eight followers of the Outsider who have been granted his powers (Nine before the death of Corvo), not counting our main characters. The Outsiders generally favors those who he finds most 'interesting', which led him to favor the Lord Protector quite immensely.
The Outsider is very closely affiliated with whales, and is known in some circles as the "great leviathan". Charms and runes imbued with his power can be found occasionally, and are also made of whalebone.
Whales are a bit different in the Dishonored universe than they are in real life. They seem to be much more carnivorous as a whole, and resemble huge, blocky sharks. They are extremely rare and indeed near-extinct, but their blubber is used to make a very powerful oil for providing electricity.
