So I may or may not get shot for adding another vampire RP to this site. But it's all good. Here's the idea:
It's a western! Two brothers are well known vampire hunters. Their fiery passion for shooting blood suckers in the face with silver bullets stems from the loss of their parents. By vampires, of course. However, one day the two brothers are caught off guard, and younger is attacked and turned. He tries to convince his older brother that he can control himself, that he's still the same guy, but the older brother can't bare to see his little brother become a horrible, murderous monster. When the older brother resolves to kill his younger brother, the younger hauls ass out of there.
He eventually joins a group of nomads that consists of vampires and humans. The caravan somehow has put their differences aside to work together. The vampires use their superior strength and speed to protect the humans from vicious outlaws, and the humans provide them with blood in return. The former hunter falls into their numbers with the hope that the other, more experienced vampires can teach him to control his bloodlust.
Meanwhile, the older brother it still on his younger brother's trail. Over time, he gathers his own group of hunters.
I'm not sure where I'm going with it after that, but that's what you assholes are for. Anyone interested?
1: Don't be stupid
2: We're aiming for a more classic depiction of vampires here. They can only drink human blood, garlic, holy water, crosses, sunlight, ect, can all harm and/or kill them if used right. They sleep during the day. Yes, sleep. They're faster and stronger than humans, but for the sake of the RP, they can't shapeshift into bats or wolves. In order to become a vampire, you have to be sucked dry of blood by one. One bite won't do it.
Also, I'm tweaking the vampire rules to make silver a weakness as well.
Because it's easier to make silver bullets than garlic bullets.
Honestly, garlic bullets would suck.
3: No more female characters for god's sake!
Alignment: (Hunters, the caravan, all by your lonesome. Keep loners to a minimum.)
