Tales of Terra Gaia
Ok this build itself BESM idea I have. If you have basic knowledge of BESM this going to start off easy. basic idea I going to keep the large portion of the RPG history to myself allowing the players to discover pieces as the adventure on. These pieces will help develop their character allowing more option and ideas to develop. Very story drive, because the story is based on how the players push forward, The character start off basic and slow or quickly (based on how the go about it) develop. The idea is to become strong enough to fight back the forces that looking to destroy your way of living, or you can also develop yourself on the other side on helping destroy. Good, evil, and even neutral, this what it means to be in the Tales of Terra Gaia.
If anyone is interested I can give more information, and help build the bases of your characters. Although this can't start unless GM or other personnel allows it. So like I said its Idea.
Basic Character Development Idea:
I going to use BESM since its easy system and not to much, in the why of stats.
Three major stats are:
Since this is a beginning of my RPG players will start with 4 points on each main stat
body x 10 = your health points
Mind x 10 = your Energy points
Mind + Body + Soul / 3 = your Attack Power and Defense Power
now I not using BESM to the key but all Perks and Flaws are available from any of the books. A starting Player will choose one Perk and One Flaw. Later down the road a Player will be reward Perks and Flaws. Perk are skill and abilities, and Flaws are basically there to give the GM things to work with like anger issues, phobias and etc.
After Stats, perks and flaws are picked out a small description and bio of character is need, but first a player must choice a race which right now only two will be avaible, only because I want players experience each added race as I add them through out the storyline.
First Race is know as the Norms
Norms are basic civilain class of humans that make up the working class of Terra Gaia. The norms get a racial perk known as Human Spirit Level - 1 which actually only give them extra one soul. Also because their working class they are allowed one work related perk, Mining, shop keeping and etc. If you find one in the books its acceptable, but I will make perk not in the book and post it in OOC forum or something.
Second Race are known as Vessels
Vessels are cloned humans over generation of lost soul during a very long war. Vessels are normally used for security and military. Racial Perk Born Perfect Level 1 which gives them One point to mind, but they also have a Flaw Soulless level 1 which Negates one soul from their stats. Because vessels are security and military based they are allowed to pick one security or military based perk from book or I will post it in a OOC or something.
After the basic character sheet is done the beginning of your character story will start taking what I get from your Bio I will place you in my world. Keep in mind Norms are born in working class families, and Clones are factory test tube born and raised through strict training and codes.
