Has too many characters.
Looking for Original Characters Only (Anything goes, no limit on power level.)
I am looking for a Roleplay in which one of my Original characters is tossed into an Arena with one or more opponents.
I am willing to roleplay with one or more person, if they are willing to roleplay together.
The characters can be from any reality. Be it science fiction, fantasy, steampunk, any reality can enter the arena.
The arena will be specified by one or both of the challengers. If the challengers do not agree on arena, I will decide where it happens.
Some of my characters are posted here: http://leeroy-brightmane.deviantart.com/
Other characters will come soon.
Send a message if you are interested.
A steady rumbling filled the bone-dry air of the colosseum, growing to a dull roar as the earth began to shake. Finally, a jagged crack appeared that lengthened and broadened by the second. Sand cascaded down the hole as the ground was thrust apart, and up hopped a solidly-built man with a scaly, six-clawed orange right. A clap of his hands and the crevice resealed itself with a thundering slam. Fractus was no stranger to fighting in strange places, but never before had the event been so...showy. An entire arena, with sand floor and Roman-esque sandstone and marble structures, and row upon row of stone benches packed with wild, screaming civilians seemed like a scene straight out of a fairy tale, but here he was. He right eye glimmered dangerously, even in the bright afternoon sunlight. He would have to make sure to put his back to the fierce, beating sun when his opponent appeared. In this sort of heat, it wouldn't take long for him to get worn out. There were no huge objects to throw upon the starchy white sands as far as he could see, so that wouldn't come in handy. Fractus already counted himself at a bit of a disadvantage due to the lack of solid ground; sand, being millions upon millions of tiny particulates, could not be broken down further by his powers.
Only a few seconds passes as Fractus took these observations of his surroundings. The massed crowd was shouting at him unintelligibly, and his opponent had not appeared just yet, so Fractus decided he might as well put on a show for the audience. Winding back, he bellowed and thrust a fist into the air, releasing a wave of energy that threw up a great cloud of sand in a deep POOF. The cheers -or were they catcalls?- intensified, and Fractus raised both arms, turning around to face different sections of the crowd. After a few moments, he clenched both hands, human and demon, and span around with fists raised, ready to brawl. If he was even a little uncertain about the foe he was facing, the doubt was buried beneath his overpowering confidence. The monster within him waited patiently to be released.
