Kory stared at the large body of water ahead of him, wondering where it was taking him. It wasn't like it was his most major concern, but all the same, curiosity was gnawing at him from the back of his mind. Though a majority of the other Teens around him would know what was going on, Kory hadn't been paying much attention the last twenty or so minutes, so all that he had paid attention to was the fact that they needed to pile into this shabby-looking canoes. In fact, Kory was pretty surprised that he had made it into them in time, as he wouldn't have done so if a camper wouldn't have yelled at him to "Get the heck in there". But there he was now, not confused, but a little bit lost, just felling the water take him. But also his canoe mate. He was the one doing all of the rowing, considering he himself wasn't much good at athletic ability. "Where are we going?"
The freckled boy asked the person behind him, not turning to look him in the eye, and just staring in at the ocean, lapping lightly against the canoe, and getting his wrists wet. The water was cold, though it didn't shock him. They were near the Sea Foam Islands after all, being a pretty cold place. The area around him was large an vacant, not much being in view around him except for the flocks of Wingull flying around and small islands that could barely fit a person on it. It was a pretty sight for the black haired teenager, though all the same it filled him with the odd feeling. Like he and this boy would continue travelling on and on and on for Arceus knows how long before they find anything, if they ever did. It was something the ocean did to him, he supposed, and he remembered feeling that way on the day he first came to camp. Like he would be forever traveling this water forever. Luckily, he knew very well that this wasn't the case, as Oceans always would end. Eventually.
He still didn't turn to look at the other camper behind him, though he eagerly awaited his response. Wait....was this person even a male? He hadn't really gotten much of a look at him or her, considering he was too curious to take a look at the beautiful ocean, and was also trying to figure out what they were doing in the first place. You see, Kory was in love with beauty, you could say. More specifically, he was in love with Photography, and capturing the beauty of the world in one simple freeze frame. He would have really liked to of been able to take a photo of the ocean, but unfortunately, his camera was back in his camp Cabin, lying there collecting dust. Hopefully he could get back there soon so that he could use it again. Even though it had only been about an hour since he had last used his prized possession, and he already missed it. Kory tried to keep his mind off of it, and so he looked around him, noticing a few other canoes with two or three other campers in them. Apparently, the entire camp was heading to wherever it was that they were going. It must be important.
