The Witches of Lumičre
When humanity was formed, it was decreed by the world of man that anything that was different, strange, or abnormal shall be cast out, ignored, abandoned, or mistreated. Of course, this was not decreed consciously. Everyone just did it, and to this day, it still carries on with no remorse and no realization. It especially goes on in a small, rural town in France called Lumičre, famous for its various churches scattered throughout the area. And famous for its world-wide legend of the coven of witches: The Witches of Lumičre, people call it. And indeed, the legend is true.
Some have tried to venture out in their own into the dark woods, only to be sent back deaf, dumb, blind, or forever crippled. Whether it was the cause of witches, one may never know.. unless you are a witch yourself, of course. That is where you come in. Whether you were born a witch, or just inherited it from the atmosphere, you have the capability of letting your powers blossom. You were one of those outcasts that man had ignored, mistreated, or abandoned. And one night, a dream came to you, a beckoning, sweet voice that made you want to follow it. So, you did. Or, specifically, you were summoned by the Leader of the Witches of Lumičre, the witch who runs the show. Yet, for some strange reason, she never reveals herself. She communicates through her loyal, powerful secretary.
Never mind that, though. You're there. You feel at home, and you do not want to leave. You like being around your so-called sisters, and despite the strict lessons of learning how to be a witch, or the paranoia that townspeople will torch the Witch Estate up, or the fact that you might be burned at the stake one of these days, you like it here. It's your home now. You just pray that it will last.. and you may abandon the life you once knew. You may find happiness. The thing is.. you cannot leave.
1. No Mary-Sues. You must have at least 1 flaw, and you can't have some whore character that everyone is annoyed by. -_- I will straight up tell you that I don't like it.
2. I am the GM! My word is law! Of course, I will allow everyone to share nice opinions, and have an occasional debate. But I want no trash-talking, or rudeness. You can joke and be a sarcastic asshole, but that shall be it.
3. I would prefer a post at least once a week. I will accept excuses such as sickness, RL issues, etc.. But you have to give me a valid reason. If you were just lazy, you're out.
4. Develop your character. Contribute to the plot. We are all apart of this roleplay together, and I expect team work supplied.
5. Everyone is important. There are no little parts. Just remember that. But nobody is too important. A teacher is just as important as the secretary. A student is just important as a leader. And so on.
6. I've mentioned this before, and I'll mention it again. I don't care if you were first to reserve something. If your character sucks, I'm not accepting it. End of story.

Leader Witch: The mysterious leader of all witches, and the tantalizing voice that made you want to escape life and go to her in the first place. However, she never reveals herself, and only communicates through her secretary. (Taken by XxRikaxX)
Secretary Witch: The only one who can see, and hear the leader, and often gives announcements to the other witches for important events, as well as a popular communicator; tends to get along with everyone. (Taken by Pyromania99)
Witch Teacher(s)(1-2): (1 Open) They do not have to be an old, experienced Witch. In fact, they can be youthful. The only requirements is that they have stayed in the Coven for 10+ years. (Taken by Hazama and Kestrel)

Ability(s)(If you are teacher, you can have up to five. If you are student, you can have up to 2. If you are Secretary or Leader, you can have a lot, but don't go OP): "Miss" is a prestigious witch holding the highest honor, and a substantial amount of power. However, it is difficult to keep it pumping all at once, and no one is aware of that except the secretary.
1 is the lowest level, and 10 is the highest.
Fire: 1. Can shoot up to 3 fireballs from both hands.
2. Can create a giant dragon of fire.
3. Can create bursts of black flames.
Disadvantage: If overuse of fire, "Miss" may suffer burns and/or a high fever.
Water: 1. Can make a giant water dragon.
2. Can freeze a minimum of 3 living things in 1 day for 5 days. 6, if pushed.
3. Can stay underwater for 10 minutes.
Disadvantage: If "Miss" freezes more than what she can, she will become frozen as well.
Earth: 1. Can create small to medium vibrations in the earth; earthquakes.
2. Can crack pebbles to large mountains.
Disadvantage: If overused, own bones may crack, especially the hand or rib area.
Air: 1. Can make large gusts of wind, sharp enough to slice.
Disadvantage: May catch a cold.
Electricity: 1. Can shock someone with the touch of a finger.
2. Can create bursts of lightning from the sky.
3. Can replicate the sound of clapping thunder, and make flashes appear in the sky.
4. Can control electrical outlets, and land wires.
Disadvantage: Since "Miss" knows both Electricity and Water elements, this might make her suffer a bit inside when used. It is hard to separate each element and manage to fight at the same time. This could lead to a coma, or severe electrical shocks.
Darkness: 1. Can make self disappear in shadows.
2. Can consume someone in darkness and a period of depression.
3. Can give someone nightmares.
4. Can appear in nightmares.
Disadvantage: Every time darkness is overused, it consumes a bit of "Miss"s mind, or more particularly, her sanity.
Light: 1. Can heal mental wounds.
2. May blind someone for 1 minute.
3. Can appear in dreams, and possess the soothing voice(the one that lead you)
Disadvantage: If using the blinding trick wrong, the witch herself may be blind for 1 minute.
Personality: "Miss" is mysterious indeed, but, as rumors shown, is known to be very abnormal and scary in all that she does. She does not hesitate to punish someone if they do her wrong, and she is, if not just as, playfully cruel as a cat. However, everything is done with reason, whether it be for her own entertainment, or to better some situation. Most at the Coven fear her, though she believes that witches should not be outcast, or she holds all of her sisters dear. She enjoys watching them learn, and she often wishes to be their teacher, believing it would be quite fun. No one really knows her true personality, not even her secretary, who just receives little bits and pieces of it. She likes to keep an interesting situation go on, but if she tires of it, she will dispose of it immediately. "Miss" hates boredom.
Other?: "Miss" has a room located at the very end of the Witch's dorm with a big sign that says "Do Not Enter". She is often crouched down in the shadows.

Fire: 1. Can make tiny torches appear at her finger tips.
2. Can shoot small bits of smoke out of her mouth.
Disadvantage: It sometimes burns her fingers, and/or her mouth.
Water: 1. Can breathe 5 minutes under water.
2. Can freeze something as big as a pebble.
Disadvantage: Extremely exhausting to use water abilities. Not her forte.
Personality: Esther beats to her own drum! She's positive, upbeat, but sadly, a little ditzy, and really, really stupid. Actually, maybe she's a typical blonde cheerleader, throwing away the stuck-up part. She can be emotional, but gets over things quickly, and likes to make a lot of friends. She's extroverted, and very, very loving to those who are dear to her, and will protect them with her life. Sometimes, however, she can be a real coward, and super lazy. This leads to a sort of delinquent nature where she skips classes, and it's pretty normal seeing her being packed with extra chores. However, her quirky nature, and sweetness gets her out of most things(not with Miss). She often uses her charm to get what she wants, and can be moody sometimes. If you mess with her family, she'll, I quote, "shoot your ass dead".
Biography: Esther didn't have a particularly bad childhood, but her memory of it isn't too great either. Her father was a very strict, Southern pastor, so she remembered being often bored by his sermons and harshness to her mother. However, she was a good girl, and got toys, and received love no matter what, and was taught sort of good morals. Hating her confinement, and her father's hate and judgement towards everything she did, Esther decided to skip out one night. Being the only child, she was constantly monitored, and so she knew that her parent's were dead asleep at that hour. She got away with it, and little by little, began sneaking out more, and more, until one night, her father caught her.
He didn't yell. He didn't scream. But she just didn't hear the end of it. And it made her angry, it made her guilty, it made her want to set things aflame. And she did. Her powers were unleashed and-- she just set her bed on fire, freaked out, ran to her mom, mom put it out, both scolded her, and she slept on the couch. Yep. Not very climactic, but it took notice of Miss, who summoned her there. She'd been at the coven for two months now, and is often teased playfully for her Southern accent.
