Completely befuddled by the Doctor's arrival to her planet, it was Noeda who remained silent in his presence, allowing Annadi to come forward with curious golden eyes narrowing carefully on the stranger's body. He appeared to be similar in genetics, that much both Noeda and Annadi calculated quickly, his physical form seemed traditional of humans and several breeds of Aliens found among the universe. Still, Annadi approached him with caution, although surely her massive height was enough to offer intimidation and secure her protection.
Annadi was a Pure Aquarian. Birthed from the shattered crystal and grown within the ocean's womb; Aquarian born naturally are granted a height of seven feet and five inches. So the elder Aquarian relaxed down onto her knees, still towering above the Doctor but at least able to see him more clearly than before.
"This is Aquaria, sir."
Noeda watched suspiciously from behind Annadi's massive form. Her mind wandered with questions, seeking to speak with the strange man. But alas, Annadi would not allow such a thing. The elder's pose straightened, rising to her enormous height once more.
"You are not welcome on this planet. The breeding season has ended and we do not permit visitors to stay once the cycle has begun."
Annadi instructed him to leave, pointing to his misshapen ship afar. "Leave this planet at once, sir."
If Noeda remained silent she would never get the opportunity to speak with the man, so she intervened, bringing herself front and center. The golden-teal locks of her hair danced within the breeze, golden eyes focused directly at the Doctor. However, unlike Annadi's stern orbs that peered with logic, Noeda's gaze was warm and welcoming. She even smiled, offering the Doctor an assistance so he could stand properly. Her outstretched hand was a sign of trust, normally Aquarians refrain from physical touch when not a requirement.
Elder Annadi protested this contact, reaching for Noeda with a firm hand. "You are not permitted to..."
"Elder Annadi," Noeda interjected, voice soft and sweet as she frowned. "This man is injured and within the laws of Aquaria, we are instructed and honor bound to treat anyone in need."
The laws were absolute and Annadi could not refuse the code of conduct that Aquaria lived by. She surrendered with a sigh, nodding silently as Noeda returned to the man.
"Welcome, sir." The beautiful woman greeted, her hand still offered. "I'm Noeda, and you are?" She looked at his face under closer inspection and deduced that his wounds were not severe. "You'll be healed here, sir. Do you understand? We're a peaceful planet. You're in no danger."
Noeda awaited his voice with patience, although Annadi was begging to grow cross with his silence. Although a mixed blood, Noeda must have been shocking for the Doctor's eyes. No doubt Annadi was a right fright to him. A massive woman, rainbow hair, golden eyes and skin lacking any color that it just was pure white as snow. Noeda knew this man would have questions, but first she insisted he be treated.
