Name: Viktoricus Davis Fergoozo
Nationality: Las Vegas, Nevada
Power: Enhanced physical "power" (strengthxspeed=POWER)
Abilities: Can clean and jerk 1000 pounds without formal weightlifting training. Can run speeds of up to 45 mph. Has a nearly 100-inch vertical jump.
Personality: Viktoricus can be summed up in one word: Prudent. He is wise and smart beyond his years. He speaks little, but when he speaks, his words carry weight. He is witty and has a good sense of humor. He can remain calm in most situations and he loves a good chess match (he's addicted to chess). He loves food and loves women who can cook.
Backstory: Viktoricus was born on a long line of world-class athletes. His grandfather is a heavyweight powerlifter who deadlifted 800 pounds raw, his uncle can sprint 25mph in his prime, and his father has a 40-inch vertical jump... with a body-weight of 250 pounds. Being that his family is a long line of athletes, they wanted him to be an athlete too, as being athletic was in his blood. However, when he reached puberty, his strength gains are so great that he superceded beyond what anyone had expected of him. He was lifting more than the state champion weightlifters in his town, running faster than his super-fast uncle, and outwrestling college-level wrestlers in a nearby University. In other words, he was a freak. He tried to hide this as best he can, but with P.E. and with his short bursts of athletic prowess, gym teachers couldn't help but notice his sheer athleticism. It was a genetic defect. In some unexplainable manner, Viktoricus's body is beyond the limits of normal human power. When he reached young-adulthood, he cleaned and jerked more than a thousand pounds in a powerlifting contest. The weight was supposed to be lifted by a heavyweight powerlifter... in a deadlift. But as an exhibition and to show off, Viktoricus just split-jerked it. People could not believe their eyes...
And Don't blame the illuminati again, that worked that one time with the goat and the police.

Half Blackfoot Native American (Father's side) , half European mix (Mother's side)
American, Born in Montana on the Pikuni Blackfoot Reservation.
Sokanon has the ability to transform into a mountain lion, field mouse, or hawk. This is achieved by meditating to focus on the animal's presence inside of her mind. Originally this was a difficult process, but now it can be done in a matter of a minute, simply by her closing her eyes and creating an image of the creature in question. Each animal has it's own name (Rastu the Hawk, Gannet the Mountain Lion, and Parcis the Mouse), and once the visualization is complete she asks them by it if they'd be kind enough to come forward and take over her human body in order to make them physically present. Once the animal has a form, Sokanon and the animal share a mind, with the instincts being the animal's but the main thoughts being human, Sokanons. Either creature could try to override the willpower of the other, but there is a bond between them and they respect each other enough to listen to their body-mate. When she is in her human body, the animals don't interfere, but if they truly object to something they'll voice it inside her mind, sometimes trying to gain their form by force.
Sokanon (known to all but her father's family as Rose) is the picture of calm. She voices her thoughts and opinions when she wants but is not overly concerned with the judgements of others. She can be quick to anger, but keeps these feelings inside her, almost always dictating her actions by what is the best choice for her future or wellbeing. She moves silently, often surprising others by her sudden presence. If she feels you've done something severely wrong though, especially the harming of another creature, she is quick to voice her consternation.
She often wears jeans and a t-shirt, with an additional brown jacket made of leather when it grows colder. Her shoes are nearly always a pair of moccasins crafted by one of her Native American relatives. In addition to this she wears a dream catcher necklace that once belonged to her father.
She hasn't got much ability with singing, but does play the guitar. She enjoys knitting also, as the repetitive motions calm her.
Sokanon was born during one of the worst thunder storms to grace Montana that year. When she was retrieved from her mother's womb, her father held her and very seriously pronounced "Sokanon", meaning "rain", and it was known from then on that it would be her name. As for her middle and last names, however, they were given to her by her mother, Laurie Lovick. This was a happy time for the couple, who lived on the Pikuni Reservation in Montana, but it was soon to turn dark. Perhaps it was the dark clouds on the day of her birth, fortelling what was to come, but her father Ahanu (He who laughs) was soon to be laughing no more. When Sokanon was only 7 months, he lost the job outside the reservation that had only just been keeping the family afloat. Their relatives offered their help, money, and homes, but Ahanu was a failure in his mind. What man can't provide for his family? He sunk into depression, drinking late into the night at any bar that was open. Laurie sensed the change in her husband, and did not know what to do. Many fights ensued, causing Ahanu to sink deeper into the pit he'd put himself in. One dark evening in the dead of winter, he hadn't come home. The call came at the the earliest hours of the morning. His car had been found over the side of a cliff. No one was certain if it had been done on purpose, but they'd found alcohol in his blood. Laurie grieved, her young child was only ten months, and would now never know her father. Once again the people in the village were there for her, helping any way they could. Despite their kindness, these were not her family. She moved back home to Massachusetts to be with her mother. Ann Lovick lived in a large, Victorian styled home nestled by the forest. This is where Sokanon, known now as Rose, grew up. It was a magical place for her, she spent hours imagining ghosts into the attic and monsters into the woods. She formed a strong bond with nature, but not so much with other children. Although she attended school like any other child, she was far from neighbors and preferred the company of her dog Roger to any snot nosed little girl. Once every year, the girl took a trip with her mother back to Montana and stayed with her grandfather, a kind, but serious old man named Makkapitew. She loved him, and loved her other relatives, reveling in games with her cousins and receiving pinches on the cheek from the older aunts and uncles. On the year she turned ten, however, her visit was much different. Her grandfather informed her she'd be coming with him on a journey up the mountain. It didn't register then, but it must have been what her mother was shouting about over the phone the past couple of weeks. As he took her up the steep, rocky slopes, he explained to her that some people in their family line had been born with an ability. He went on to say that he sensed a sort of potential in her, and he wanted to show her how to access it. That night, as they camped in a flat area they'd come upon, Sokanon had a dream. In her dream, she'd died, and she was sitting on the top of the mountain. As she sat there, the spirit of three creatures visited her. A mouse first, then a Hawk, and lastly a majestic, very terrifying Mountain Lion. The three animals introduced themselves and asked her the same question. "Are you ready?" And, in her confusion, the only thing she could answer with was "Are you?" This seemed to please them, and in their own way they each approached her and touched her, leaving after. When she awoke, she explained the dream to her Grandfather. He simply smiled. They traveled down the mountain side that day, and soon after she returned to Massachusetts. But she was to have a new ability, now...

For such a short time,
it felt as if I've done all the good deeds that I should have all at once.
Name: Robert Isidor Bohm
Nationality: Chicago, Illinois
Abilities: Currently he is emitting radiation at all times though while agitated or with some effort he can raise the intensity.
Personality: Robert is reserved for all the wrong reasons. It's a learned response from the world he grew up in. Young and black in Chicago is an easy way to end up dead and it was not a truth that he wanted to affirm. So, when he was angry, he shut it down. When he was happy he wouldn't let it show. No matter what he felt he knew he had to lock it down. Anything to avoid notice. Because of this the teen is constantly frustrated and could very well be just a few incidents away from lashing out if he doesn't find a way to let go of his pent up aggression.
Backstory: Robert was not his parents first son, but he was the only living child they had. This was not a fact that they ever let him forget. Living with that kind of guilt and senseless blame led to their divorce when Robert was five. Like most kids in this situation he ended up living with his mother who made her living as a nurse. The only reason that she got him was that his father was a trucker and would be less available than even his mother would be. Still, she did was she could to give her son everything she could to help him succeed. There was little she could do to end the fear that he lived in. So, he grew up quiet and afraid trying to keep the world at bay. When he was fifteen his mom starting feeling weak. One night while at work she collapsed mid shift and a medical examination showed that she had cancer. Things were hard, but they got by with the help of his father. She was dead a year later and his father was beginning to tire easily much like his mother had at first. Luckily for the both of them Robert was contacted by Portwood who informed them of what was going on and offered him a chance to live without hurting others. So, after a somber goodbye with his father he went to PITY and received a spiffy new rad suit that was meant to protect others from his emissions until he better learned to control himself.

My GM Oath
Those who do know me, especially from my past, it can present a very strong feeling to make you avoid me at all costs. The only thing you need to know, is that I have attempted to stop the wrong I have done, and here is what I promise.
In my roleplays, I will be the head GM, but I may allow lower GM's, or partner GM's (This may not be asked in a roleplay, just ask me)
I only control the original idea of the roleplay. I do not control you, your character, or his/her actions.
I will attempt to be extremely more flexible in my roleplays to allow more things, to an obvious extent. (Average limits used by other GM's, or just common sense)
I will not abuse my power as GM to destroy the hard work of those who participate in my roleplays.
I will not abuse the power of anything I create. (Or others create, this was here just in case of other thoughts)
I will be open-minded to any and all questions, requests, suggestions, or ideas.
I promise to listen to anyone that contacts me, no matter the person. Everyone deserves to be heard, in my opinion.
I will enforce uniform standards to everyone. I will not play favorites.
I only request that one attempts to be open-minded as well. I will say it again, I can not force you to do anything, especially things you do not want to.

I said on the previous page I'm interested in this so I'll begin working on a CS once I get home from class. I already have a couple character ideas; I might recycle an old one or create an entirely new one from scratch(which I have ideas for already).
The only power Jake has any control over at all. He is able to make shadows move as he wants to help conceal or expose what is hidden by the darkness. He also has the ability to increase the darkness of a shadow. This power is unable to completely cover a light in shadow meaning the closer and more powerful the light the less effective his power is.
This power has only been activated during a near death experience which has happened twice.
Dark Weapons - This power is undiscovered to Jake.
Dark Stare - This power is undiscovered to Jake.
Power Side effect
Jake regains his sight when his powers are activated; however, instead of their normal brown / hazelnut color his entire irises turn pitch black.
With his parents trying to promote good health Jake was forced into daily workouts in a makeshift gym his family had in the garage. This kept himself in acceptable health and later became his stress reliever when dealing with personal issues and stress over his disability. So over time he grew to like keeping himself looking good physically even if he can’t see the product of his work. He normally likes to let his hair just be as it is in the morning. Every once in awhile his mother would make him put time into his appearance, but he never saw the point really. He doesn’t spend a lot of time outside so he has never tanned really.
Quiet and reserved, Jake is a curious man interested in how and why things work. He has excellent skills with mechanical things. Holding uncomplicated desires sometimes makes him seem simple in his way of life. Jake is loyal to his peers and to their internal value systems, but not overly concerned with respecting laws and rules if they get in the way of getting something done. Detached and analytical, he excels at finding solutions to practical problems.
Jake was born to Linda and Sean Allstone in Vancouver British Columbia. Both his mother and father were unaware of the fact that both of them were carriers of Leber's Congenital Amaurosis. This discovery meant Jake had a 25 percent chance of being blind at or shortly after birth. The family prepared for their child with an optimistic outlook and hope that their child would be born a happy healthy boy. They were rewarded with half. On April 2nd at 1:54 in the afternoon Jake Allstone was born and shortly after declared blind.
As a young boy Jake seemed lost without his sight. He coped with his disease in many ways, the most common way being avoiding other kids. Their playful screams would always remind him that he couldn't play tag or other recess games. After school activities were often extra tutoring to help him read and understand brail and a life tutor to help teach Jake how to live with his disability. It was during one of these tutor sessions that his gifts were discovered.
It was a normal session that took place after middle school. He would meet his tutor in the library and walk home together. His tutor was also trained in psychology and would use these walks as an impromptu session to help Jake understand and accept his blindness. As they were crossing the street a truck ran the red light and came barreling straight at them. The sound of the car suddenly braking made Jake aware of the danger he was in but he didn’t know how to act. All at once the lights of the world lit up.
The sudden explosion of light was such a shock to Jake that he raised his hands to block and defend himself from the glare. He was frightened, confused, and shocked by this seemingly miraculous healing. When he finally felt himself start to calm down and regain his composure he watched as the world slowly became black. He screamed and even cried while he felt helpless and alone. Everyone around him only watched the young boy was crying while the woman he was with laid dead in the road.
The police report filed had several holes involved with the accident on the way home. From all accounts no witnesses could explain how the boy got out of the trucks way while it struck the woman. Even the driver, who had fallen asleep at the wheel could offer no explanation. It was written up that the woman had pushed the boy out of the way; though every eye witness confirmed this wasn't the case. The whole was written off as a horribly accident. The driver was arrested for first degree manslaughter and the family mourned the loss of someone close to them.
Still Jake had become obsessed with what had happened that day. How had he suddenly gained his eye sight back? He had told his parents what had happened, but they seemed to only think he had imagined the temporary ability to see. So Jake began searching for the reason himself. For a few years he had little luck doing independent research. The drive for understanding what happened had started to consume his life. He was failing in school and his family was worried that he was searching for something that didn’t actually happen.
After a few years of no promising leads Jake became more and more desperate. Soon enough Jake decided to attempt one theory he had been avoiding, a second near death situation. Since the last time it worked he had almost died he thought that putting himself in another situation he might snap whatever it was that had released him from blindness. Taking more and more risks he tried running across the street to recreate the last time.
Nothing was working so the risks became even more dangerous. Finally one day he almost seemed possessed to find out what happened and threw himself into a river. While for many this wouldn’t be that dangerous the fact that Jake doesn’t know how to swim made this a troubled situation. He quickly started to drown in the water as Jake desperately fought to stay afloat. His arms growing tired as he grabbed at the water looking for land.
Slowly the water seemed to open as he couldn’t keep fighting the pull and began to sink into the river. Next thing he knows he was looking up into the water and watched as something that looked like a moving shadow reach out and cover the sun making the water completely black all around. It was a surreal feeling. He knew he could see even though everything was black all around him. He felt aware and almost at ease with his situation. Like he was being embraced by something so familiar and then there was light all around him.
His eyes began to become used to the light and for the first time in his life Jake opened his eyes and saw water. He looked around at the park and saw trees and finally could see what leaves look like when wind passes though them. Turning around he then saw something that he couldn’t understand. His shadow was walking away from him. Moving along the grass he watched as a shadow of himself walk against the grass and then disappear when it reached a shadow cast by a nearby tree. That was when Jake found his first real lead as far as what his powers were. He has sense been accepted into P.I.T.Y. where they have promised to help him explore what it is he is capable of.
At an early age Jake made the choice to used a seeing eye dog instead of a white cane. He still has the cane for emergency, but he prefers to have his dog nearby. The dogs name is Nyx and she is a black German Shepherd.
Jake's family is a classic nuclear family of two siblings and a husband and wife. His mother Linda is a social worker for the City of Vancouver BC. Sean, Jake's father, is a lawyer for the city and the two are often networking at social events. Jake is the oldest of the two with his little sister being four years younger than him. Her name is Malinda Sheehan and she goes by Linda.
His favorite hobby is playing the piano. This love comes from the inspiration he got from both Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles. Knowing that there were people like him who had not only done something with their life but have come to be very well known and respected.
Jake is heterosexual.
Seeing Eye Dog Profile
Communication Telepathic (Only with Jake)
Telepathic Link (Only with Jake)
Nyx is a full blood Boro German Shepard which is why she is all black. Born into a family who trains seeing eye dogs she was always taken care of. Her fur is soft and warm while he nose always wet and ready for new smells.
After being certified as a seeing eye dog she was sent to a community center to be given to a family with need for one. On the day Jake and his family came in she rushed over to Jake and seemed immediately drawn to him. Her master didn't need any more convincing and ten minutes later Jake was walking out with Nyx. Since then Jake has always been with Nyx. The only time they were apart was during the time Jake was trying to activate his powers though risky actions. All the while Nyx was trying to get people to stop him from acting on them. As if she didn't have to be next to him to know when he was in danger.
Nyx seems to really enjoy listening to Jake play the piano and will sometimes lead her master to the keys even if he was wanting to go somewhere else.
Nyx is Jake's second Seeing Eye Dog as the first one he had was much older when he first got him. This is common when giving seeing eye dogs to younger individuals.
